Sistem pendeteksi kebakaran jarak jauh merupakan perangkat penting yang dibutuhkan untuk menjaga keamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang, membuat dan menguji sistem pendeteksi kebakaran berbasis IoT menggunakan arduino yang mampu menginformasikan kebakaran secara dini yang dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh. Sistem pendeteksi menggunakan sensor api/Flame Sensor, Sensor Asap/MQ-7, Sensor suhu/LM35, buzzer dan pompa air. Sistem peringatan menggunakan panggilan telepon dan pengiriman sms melalui modul SIM900 dan pengiriman peringatan bahaya ke aplikasi android menggunakan koneksi internet melalui modul Nodemcu ESP8266. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, sistem yang dirancang telah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat mendeteksi adanya indikasi kebakaran pada suatu ruangan. Aplikasi android yang digunakan sebagai interface untuk memonitoring telah berjalan dengan baik dengan indikasi memberikan notifikasi pada aplikasi android yang telah dibuat.
Agriculture tools necessary for increasing food security in Indonesia. An automatic spraying for plant became one of the tool that help in pot plant maintenance. This study was developing a prototype of automatic line follower robot for spraying plant. Designing a new construction and adding a line follower sensor, this robot could move between plant pots with guidance of black line. Main chassis of this robot made from 3 mm aluminum plate with 50 cm length and 20 cm width. Control of this robot using Arduino Uno as microcontroller that could control the movement of the robot and also could control movement of nozzle and flow rate. Performance testing of this robot held inside the room with concrete floor and placed on the white fabric with black line as a guidance and sign to stop and spray. As the result, average linier speed for this robot was 0,7 m/s and flow rate for spraying was 8,9 ml/s with 89,5% accuracy.
The ideas of the studies in this article are back-grounded by the work diligently and carefully to relate the influence of two independent variables, e.g., distance and time on one dependent variable, i.e., temperature changes which are solved by a partial differential equation. In this article, we explain the particular features of a naturally physical system that it seeks to understand. The diagnosis of the temperature changes in a metal rod to consider a conduction phenomenon can be covered by all-natural physical phenomena through conduction. By making the mathematical equations based on partial differential equations (PDEs), it is shown that the temperature change is influenced by distance and time. The objectives of this study are (i) to make a prototype of the problem based on the one-dimensional heat conduction equation, (ii) to process the solution of the mathematical equation based on the parabolic partial differential equation (PDE) using the separation of variables, and (iii) to display the phenomena of the temperature changes as a function of the length in the copper bar and the time. Achieving the research objectives takes several stages in the research methods which include (a) making the prototype of the problem, (b) processing the solution of a mathematical equation, and (c) displaying the temperature changes phenomenon in the form of a curve. The results are (i) a mass balance is developed for a finite segment ∆𝑧 along the tank's longitudinal axis in order to derive a differential equation, (ii) the final complete solution in the form of a Fourier sine series, and (iii) a three-dimensional curve as an indication of the existence of the phenomenon of temperature changes. In general, it can be concluded that the making of a mathematical model based on partial differential equations with the method of separating variables as an analytical solution can be used to diagnose the phenomenon of temperature changes as a function of distance and time.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses pembuatan spesimen dari plastik jenis HDPE dan PP dengan limbah minyak pelumas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dari proses peleburan limbah plastik dengan minyak pelumas. Dalam perencanaan pembuatan spesimen yaitu dengan menentukan berat fraksi plastik masing masing spesimen 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% dan 90%. Spesimen dibedakan berdasarkan kategori jenis plastik menjadi spesimen 1, 2, 3 dan 4. Temperatur peleburan pada ruang bakar ≥250°C. Selanjutnya dilakukan penuangan pada cetakan spesimen. Data perubahan temperatur ruang bakar (RB) dan ruang peleburan (RP) selama eksperimen berlangsung diukur dan direkam menggunakan alat thermometer camera imager TG 165. Pada proses temperatur pembakaran dengan rentang 160°C - 250°C pada spesimen hasilnya belum menemui titik leleh maka dari itu dilakukannya penaikan temperatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui temperatur proses pembakaran yang direkomendasikan adalah pada suhu ≥250°C.
Padaluyu is one of the villages in Cugenang District, Cianjur Regency. Padaluyu Village has an area of approximately 595,110 ha. Currently, in the Padaluyu village area, Kampung Kabandungan RT 04/RW 03, Cugenang District, Cianjur Regency, there was an earthquake of Mw 5.6 on Monday, November 21, 2022. This event has resulted in damage to residents' houses, infrastructure, and residents' agricultural land. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance to increase the resilience of the people of Kabandungan village and Barujamas village, Padaluyu village, Cugenang sub-district, Cianjur district through the reconstruction of earthquake-resistant buildings and post-earthquake aquaponic farming training. Improving the understanding of earthquake-resistant buildings is carried out through the presentation of earthquake-resistant building materials and visual simulations. Aquaponic farming training is carried out by exposing aquaponic farming material, making aquaponic buildings and installations, and practicing aquaponic farming. The result of this activity is that the people in RT 03 RW 04 and RT 03 RW 07 gain increased knowledge and understanding about the construction of earthquake-resistant housing which can be applied in the construction or repair of post-earthquake residents' houses. Residents' understanding of modern agriculture using the aquaponic method increases and residents can practice aquaponic farming by utilizing their yards to meet their food needs for vegetables and side dishes. The Head of Padaluyu Village hopes that this training can motivate the community to build houses and make very good use of vacant land.
