Đặt vấn đề: Stress trong công việc của điều dưỡng ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả chăm sóc, giảm sự hài lòng của người bệnh và tăng cao tỉ lệ bỏ nghề. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Khảo sát stress trong công việc điều dưỡng và các yếu tố liên quan. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả khảo sát 222 điều dưỡng đang làm việc tại các khoa lâm sàng. Bộ câu hỏi Stress của điều dưỡng – Nursing Stress Scale được thiết kế khảo sát trực tuyến. Các phép kiểm tương quan Pearson, kiểm định hai trung bình T – test, ANOVA được dùng để phân tích số liệu. Kết quả: Stress trong công việc của điều dưỡng ở mức thấp (0,76 ± 0,34). Nhóm nguyên nhân gây stress nhiều nhất là khối lượng công việc (1,03 ± 0,48) và thiếu kiến thức và sự chuẩn bị tâm lý của điều dưỡng (0,85 ± 0,50). Stress có mối liên quan với khoa điều dưỡng làm việc (p=0,001), kiêm nhiệm nhiệm vụ khác (p=0,033) và số ngày trực trong tuần (r=0,159; p=0,018). Kết luận: Stress trong công việc của ĐD ở mức thấp và đơn vị làm việc, sự kiêm nhiệm, thời gian trực là các yếu tố liên quan đến stress. Bổ sung nhân sự và tổ chức các lớp tập huấn về tâm lý cho điều dưỡng là cần thiết.
Mở đầu: Chăm sóc bệnh ung thư là một thách thức đối với cả người bệnh và người chăm sóc. Tuy nhiên, kiến thức về mức độ gánh nặng chăm sóc và chất lượng cuộc sống của những người chăm sóc người bệnh ung thư còn hạn chế, đặc biệt là tại Việt Nam. Mục tiêu: Tìm hiểu mức độ gánh nặng chăm sóc, chất lượng cuộc sống của người chăm sóc người bệnh ung thư tại Việt Nam và các yếu tố liên quan. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang, được thực hiện tại hai bệnh viện ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam. 228 người chăm sóc tham gia nghiên cứu từ tháng 1 đến tháng 4 năm 2021. Dữ liệu được thu thập bằng cách sử dụng bảng câu hỏi: đặc điểm nhân khẩu học xã hội, thang điểm Gánh nặng chăm sóc (ZBI) và Chất lượng cuộc sống của Người chăm sóc (CQOL-C). Mối liên hệ giữa chất lượng cuộc sống, gánh nặng chăm sóc và các yếu tố liên quan được phân tích bằng cách sử dụng t-test, Anova. Kết quả: Người chăm sóc cảm nhận có gánh nặng chăm sóc ở mức nhẹ chiếm đa số (42,5%), tuy nhiên có 19,3% cảm nhận ở mức trung bình và nặng. Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống chung chỉ ở mức trung bình (62,89±12,79), trong đó khía cạnh tài chính là thấp nhất (44,12±29,13). Người chăm sóc có bệnh (55,91±14,33; p<0,001), thời gian chăm sóc trong ngày >40 giờ/tuần (60,49±13,69; p=0,008), người bệnh phụ thuôc (59,31±12,94; p=0,004), và gánh nặng chăm sóc (48,86±10,78; p<0,001) có chất lượng cuộc sống kém hơn. Kết luận: Người chăm sóc cảm nhận được gánh nặng ở mức độ cao, có bệnh lý trước đó, chăm sóc cho người bệnh phụ thuộc nhiều và thời gian chăm sóc trong ngày dài có liên quan đến chất lượng cuộc sống kém hơn. Ngành y tế cần có chính sách toàn diện hỗ trợ người chăm sóc nhằm giảm bớt gánh nặng chăm sóc và vấn đề liên quan chi phí y tế và từ đó cải thiện chất lượng cuộc sống.
Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu nhằm kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa trách nhiệm xã hội (CSR) ở khía cạnh cảm nhận của khách hàng đến sự trung thành của họ trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng. Qua đó, nghiên cứu cũng kiểm tra vai trò trung gian của sự gắn kết của khách hàng (bao gồm các thành phần là sự giới thiệu và đồng tham gia) giữa CSR và lòng trung thành khách hàng. Ngoài ra, vai trò của định hướng khách hàng được xem như biến điều tiết mối quan hệ giữa sự gắn kết của khách hàng và lòng trung thành của họ. Nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình cấu trúc bình phương từng phần nhỏ nhất (PLS-SEM), để kiểm định giả thuyết các mối quan hệ trong mô hình nghiên cứu thông qua khảo sát 584 khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ tại các ngân hàng thương mại trên địa bàn tỉnh Tiền Giang. Kết quả nghiên cứu thể hiện trách nhiệm xã hội có tác động đến lòng trung thành khách hàng thông qua sự gắn kết của họ. Ngoài ra, kết quả nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy vai trò quan trọng của biến định hướng khách hàng điều tiết mối quan hệ giữa sự gắn kết và lòng trung thành khách hàng. Qua đó đã góp phần về mặt học thuật và thực tế trong việc áp dụng hiệu quả trách nhiệm xã hội đối với sự trung thành của khách hàng trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng hiện nay.
