This study aims to analyze and understand the significance of work-family conflict influence on turnover intention, the significance of work-family conflict effect on work stress, the significance of work stress influence on turnover intention and the influence of work-family conflict influence on turnover intention through work stress as variable intervening on marketing employees of BUMN Bank in Mataram City. This type of research is a causal associative. This research uses purposive sampling method in determining the sample. The number of respondents is 96 people. Methods of data collection in this study are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results showed that work-family conflict had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, the work-family conflict had the positive and significant effect to work stress, work stress had a positive but not significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress did not function as intervening on indirect influence work-family conflict on turnover intention.
Accountability of village fund management is the responsibility of the village government to the community related to village fund management. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the competence of village officials, the application of the social security system, the tax treasurer compliance of the village treasury and community participation in the accountability of village fund management. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression test. The study was conducted in 127 in 12 districts of Central Lombok Regency. The samples in this study were 88 people who were determined using the purposive sampling method. Data collected by questionnaire method. The results showed the competence of village officials and community participation did not affect the accountability of village fund management, while the application of the siskeudes and tax treasury compliance of the village treasurer had a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management. This research aimed to identify potential tourism village in the District of Jerowaru, East Lombok Regency. The data used were the primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained by interviews, while second--ary data obtained from literature related studies, websites, data and information from the local govern--ment. The study analysis were included an analysis for the tourism potential in the village and an analysis for the possiblility development of tourist villages in the district. The study found that the potential devel--opment of tourist villages in the district was spreading. The identification result showed there were 6 vil--lages that possible for tourist village in district of Jerowaru. The villages were classified into two categories namely the village ready to be a tourism village and pre--release tour village. The villages that ready to be a tourism village in Jerowaru are Sekaroh and Ekas Buana.
Kemelut Penatausahaan Aset Tetap (Dulu Hingga Kini). Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi penyebab terjadinya kendala dalam penatausahaan aset tetap di Pemerintah Kabupaten Dompu dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh setiap pihak. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain multikasus holistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa faktor kendala seperti kuantitas dan kualitas SDM, koordinasi internal, penyalahgunaan aset, dan insentif. Berbagai langkah telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah, tetapi masih terkendala oleh faktor internal. Peneliti menyarankan supaya pemerintah setempat melakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, memperkuat komitmen pimpinan, dan membuat peraturan terkait pencatatan aset tetap.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efek dari kelebihan beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan dukungan sosial terhadap aktifitas layanan pustakawan di Kota Mataram. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 76 pustakawan yang bekerja di Perpustakaan Umum Kota Mataram. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik multiple linear regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja secara positif dan signifikan dapat memberikan efek perasaan stres kepada semua responden, namun lingkungan kerja dan dukungan masyarakat tidak terlalu memberikan dampak stres kepada mereka. Secara keseluruhan ketiga unsur tersebut dapat memberikan efek lelah, yang berujung pada stres pada pekerjaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyediakan masukan dan informasi yang bermanfaat kepada unsur pimpinan (manajemen) di Perpustakaan Umum Kota Mataram dalam usahanya mengambil kebijakan yang berkenaan dengan hal ini. This study aimed to analyze and find out the role of organizational commitment mediation on the effect of person-organization fit and job satisfaction to the turnover intention of marketing funding employees. The research method used was quantitative. The type of this research was causal associative by using purposive sampling method in the sample determination. Respondents are 96 employees of Marketing Funding at Bank Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square analysis. The research result showed that person-organization fit has no significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention, person-organization fit has significant effect on the organizational commitment, job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment fully mediates the relationship between person-organization fit on turnover intention, and organizational commitment fully mediates the relationship between job satisfaction on turnover intention.
Understanding community behavior related to the impact of tourism as well as the consequences of these impacts is an important matter to be studied in the effort to develop tourism in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the positive impact of tourism felt by residents in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone which can affect their life satisfaction and the willingness of the population to create co-creation values with tourists. The results showed that the positive effects of tourism activities and life satisfaction significantly affected the value of Co Creation, but the positive impact of tourism had a not significant effect on life satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of theory, especially tourism marketing from the perspective of local residents. Results based on test data analysis showed that the p-value variable organizational commitment and internal control system of government has positive influence on managerial performance</em><em>. </em><em>While the leadership style variable did not show any effect on managerial performance</em><em>. </em><em>Based on the value of the F test showed that the variables of organizational commitment</em><em>, </em><em>the internal control system of government and leadership style were simultaneously had positive effect on managerial performance.</em><em></em></pre>
