Assistent der KlinikDie pathologisch-anatomischen Untersuchungen der letzten Jahrzehnte über die formale Pathogenese des Magenkrebses gipfeln in der Erkenntnis, daß sich ,,der Magenkrebs niemals in gesunder Schleimhaut, sondern auf der Grundlage von krankhaften Gewebszuständen entwickelt: der chronischen Gastritis und ihren Folgezuständen und dem chronischen Magengeschwür" (K o n j e t z n y).Bei Berücksichtigung dieser Tatsache hält die alt überlieferte Auffassung, daß das Magen-Ca. im allgemeinen eine kurze, das UIkus dagegen eine lange Anamnese habe, einer Kritik nicht mehr etand, sofern wir bei der Erhebung der Anamnese nicht nur der letzten Beschwerdeperiode, sondern allen auf eine Magenstörung hindeutenden Symptomen Beachtung schenken. Jene path.-anatom.Erkenntnisse lehren uns den Vorschlag K app s verstehen und bejahen, ,,besser nicht von einer Magenkrebs-Anamnese zu spre.ehen, sondern von der Anamnese der mit Krebs endenden Magenkrankheit". Besondere Beachtung gebührt folgenden Arbeiten der letzten 10 Jahre:
Usland fand:Von 94 Magenkrebsoperierten hatten 26 = 27,7/o früher mit einer chronischen Gastritis zu tun. Die mittlere Dauer der Gastritiserscheinungen betrug 14,7 Jahre bei einem mittleren Alter von 541/2 Jahren.Von 120 Kranken mit chronischer Gastritis wurden 18 = l5/o bis li Jahre nach der 1. Untersuchung von Magenkrebs. befallen, ,7 bis 14,8 Jahre nach dem Beginn der ersten Symptome. K a pp (Baseler Medizinische Klinik) gelangte zu ähnlichen Ergebnissen:
