Aueh Volhar4 hat den yon mls ~rsprtinglieh eingenommenen Standpunkt aufgegeben, einer Theorie zuliebe, die ihn die entztindliehen Veri~nderungen am Glomerulus, nieht nut bei der malignen Sklerose, sondern aueh bei der diffusen Glomerulonephritis yon einem ganz nettartigen Standpunkt aus betraehten li~l~t, t~r meint, die proliferativen Glomerutusveri~nderungen bei tier malignen Sklerose seien nieht als eeht entziind-]ieh, sondern als reaktiv --. be~er reparateriseh --, dureh Isehi~mie hervorgeruf.en zu betraehten und logiseh ganz konsequenterweise betraehtet er die Glomerulonephritis unter demselben Gesiehtspunkt, atleh deft meint er, seien die seither als entziindlieh aufgefal~ten Verhnderungen reaktiver Natur, isehhmiseh bedingt.
