The article provides a substantiation of the essence of the concept of «development of professional mobility of the manager of a secondary education institution». It is provided that the process of development of professional mobility of a school manager will be effective on the basis of its organizers and the public understanding the connection of such mobility, self-development of the specialist during life and professional mobility to strengthen the intellectual and educational environment of Ukrainian secondary education institutions. The purpose of the study was to find out the possibilities of identifying and influencing the educational manager's self-development traits by analyzing publications of scientific pedagogical journals made by different groups of authors in order to improve the professional mobility of the manager by means of training at a pedagogical university and institute of postgraduate pedagogical education. The article is empirical and is based on a secondary analysis of significant theoretical positions of Ukrainian and foreign authors. The research is based on the author's method of content analysis of pedagogical publications of two Ukrainian scientific journals with the addition empirical (questioning, observation, expert evaluation) and statistical (computer quantization of content, mathematical quantitative and qualitative data analysis) methods. The study concludes that the proposed approach to the study of the content of pedagogical publications and the use of this data to improve programs for the development of professional mobility of managers of secondary education institutions, the construction of individual trajectories of their self-development.
Background: The model characteristics of preparedness of sportsmen specialized in kettlebell lifting are grounded in the article. The indicators of physical preparedness, functional abilities and the main technical characteristics of kettlebell lifters of different qualification were examined. Material and methods: Three groups were formed: group No. 1 – kettlebell lifters of a low qualification (the 3rd and the 2nd grades, N=34); group No. 2 – kettlebell lifters who have the 1st grade and Candidate Master of Sports, N=27; group No. 3 – sportsmen of a high qualification (Masters of Sports, N=16). The methods of investigation: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature, testing, biomedical methods, video computer and biomechanical analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: It is determined that meaningful components of physical preparedness in kettlebell lifting are endurance, flexibility, leg and back muscles strength; of functional preparedness – functional abilities of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems; of technical preparedness – duration of the static phases and angular characteristics of competitive exercises. Conclusions: The application of the results obtained allows comparing the individual data of a particular sportsman with the model characteristics of highly-qualified sportsmen to estimate the advantages and disadvantages of his preparedness in order to plan the training process.
The present study underlines the importance of developing self-study skills for future aviation specialists aimed at embracing the concept of life long education. The article states that self-study skills should be formed in an effective self study environment which enhances acquiring professional competences and improves professional training. The analysis of the scientific literature has defined the term ‘self-study’. The application of ICT into educational process is based on social constructivism engaging students’ collaboration, active learning, and development self-study and self-control reflexive skills. The main principles (adaptability, longevity, accessibility, and cost efficiency) and methodological approaches (differential and system ones) of ICT implementation are described. The study shows that teachers’ collaboration plays a significant role in the organization of learning process in higher education. The results of the experiment at the Flight Academy of National Aviation University demonstrate that using the MOODLE Web-oriented platform improves the future pilots’ self-study and has a mutual positive effect for teachers and students.
El análisis del concepto de diseño desde el punto de vista de los enfoques personales y de imagen permitió distinguir las nociones de diseño de imagen y diseño pedagógico en la intersección de las cuales se actualizó el problema del diseño de imagen de una personalidad. El diseño de imagen apareció debido al impacto del diseño en la esfera personal de una persona, y el diseño pedagógico afectó directamente al campo de la educación. En particular, el diseño pedagógico asegura el desarrollo de contenidos innovadores para el entorno educativo y herramientas didácticas, que se caractericen por la eficiencia pedagógica, la adecuación metodológica y la razonabilidad. El propósito del artículo se centró en la imagen de un maestro. La noción de imagen-diseño de la personalidad del docente ha sido formulada y presentada como formación personal y profesional. El primero ha sido revelado a través del prisma del diseño pedagógico y analizado dentro del entorno educativo universitario. Se ha determinado la relación entre la imagen-diseño de un docente, su imagen profesional y su apariencia. Se han analizado las posibilidades de mejorar la apariencia del docente a través del diseño social de la apariencia. Para ello se ha utilizado la noción de imagen-vestimenta, cuyo principal instrumento es el diseño de prendas de vestir, siendo medios acompañantes el etnodiseño y el ecodiseño.
The article foregrounds the need for future military pilots’ professional competence formation taking into consideration the growing amount of armed conflicts. The analysis of the literary sources indicates that scientists are interested in improving the professional training of future military pilots, but not enough attention is paid to the formation of professional competence of these specialists. Our research set a goal to experimentally test the singled out organizational and pedagogical conditions for future military pilots’ professional competence formation (interdisciplinary integration with the goal of future military pilots’ tactical thinking forming; the use of simulator-based training to practice different types of combat flights by future military pilots; making use of operational pilots’ experience and analysis of combat employment of aviation for the purpose of updating air-tactical knowledge and improving air-tactical training of future military pilots) whether they contribute to the effective formation of the abovementioned definition. The experiment involved 227 persons (undergraduate future military pilots (20–22 years old)), the experimental group consisted of 127 persons, the control group made 100 persons. These groups were qualitatively homogeneous at the initial stage of the experiment. The implementation of distinguished organizational and pedagogical conditions into the educational process of higher military educational institutions provided an opportunity to effectively shape the professional competence of future military pilots, which is confirmed by the methods of mathematical statistics. Thus, the conducted scientific search confirms the effectiveness of proposed conditions of future military pilots’ professional competence formation.
