This research aims to determine the implementation of the kahoot application in increasing learning interest of Civic Education Learning, the achievement result of increased interest in learning Civic Education by using the kahoot application, and the achievement result of the effect the implementation of the kahoot application in increasing Civic Education learning interest. This study uses a quantitative research design with the experimental model, True Experimental with the Pretest-Posttest of Control Group Design conducted on students in class XI with a research technique using Random sampling. Techniques of Data collection were carried out by giving a pretest in one group that was given a treatment or what was called an experimental class. After that, students are given a final test and questionnaire at the end of the lesson. The results of the study in terms of cognitive aspects (learning interest) showed that the study class results had a gain normalized by 0.75 or 75%, with an average pretest of students at 60.5 and an average posttest score of 90.5. Based on the results of the processing of research data shows that there is a significant influence between the use of the kahoot application and increasing interest in PKn Subject, namely 54.6%.
<p>This article aims to describe how an anthropocentric perspective can lead to an ethical solution to resolving the ecological crisis. The ecological crisis should be seen as a misrepresentation of the role of human beings in exceeding the limits of environmental exploitation as mandated in Islam. Therefore, education should be used in offering solutions and innovations in the various scholarly disciplines, such as social studies. One innovation is the use of poetry as a learning resource for social studies. Poetry exploration is devoted to utilizing the value of local poetry. A qualitative approach is used to describe a value-based social studies learning concept. This study focuses on the poem of <em>Huma Yang Perih</em>, which describes agricultural conditions in South Kalimantan that have begun to be abandoned by farmers. Even though the poem was published in 1978, this condition has persisted to this day. Through <em>Huma Yang Perih</em>, it is hoped that we can reflect on the importance of human continuity at all times, so that humanity no longer underestimate the changing lifestyles rural people and their migration to cities.</p><p> </p><p><em>Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pandangan antroposentrisme sebagai cara etis untuk menuntaskan krisis ekologi. Krisis ekologi, patut dipandang sebagai bentuk kesalahan peran manusia dalam melampaui batas eskploitasi lingkungan sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Islam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan ruang edukasi sebagai satu solusi dan inovasi di bidang pembelajaran, seperti IPS. Satu inovasi yang dimaksudkan adalah pemanfaatan puisi sebagai sumber belajar IPS. Eksplorasi puisi dikhususkan dengan pemanfaatan nilai dari puisi lokal. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan makna yang relevan dengan konsep pembelajaran IPS berbasis nilai. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan puisi Huma Yang Perih yang menggambarkan kondisi pertanian di Kalimantan Selatan yang sudah mulai ditinggalkan petani. Meski puisi tersebut terbit tahun 1978, kondisi tersebut tetap bertahan hingga saat ini. Melalui Huma Yang Perih, diharapkan kita bisa merefleksikan betapa pentingnya kesinambungan manusia setiap saat. Sehingga masyarakat tidak lagi menganggap remeh untuk mengubah gaya hidup pedesaan dan bermigrasi ke perkotaan</em></p>
Abstract– This study aims to determine the potential of arrowroot tourism in realizing the creative economy. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, the process and meaning are highlighted in qualitative research. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the focus of the researcher is in accordance with the facts in the field to seriously study the theories and concepts related to the topic to be studied. The object under study is one of the tourist destinations in Garut Cipanas, Situ Bagendit, Cangkuang Temple, Santolo Beach, which are frequently visited by tourists. The results showed that one way to increase the level of foreign tourist visits is to build and improve existing tourism infrastructure through innovation by combining cultural elements with existing or unbuilt tourism infrastructure. With the combination of infrastructure and local cultural elements, it will create a unique uniqueness of tourism infrastructure in West Java, thus the level of foreign tourist visits will increase and cultural elements will not be lost or eroded by foreign culture brought by foreign tourists who come to West Java and in the end, it will increase the level of tourist visits in Indonesia in general. Garut is one of the most complete areas, starting from coastal tourism, adventure tourism, mountain tourism, and artificial tourism which can be used as a source of local revenue (PAD) from the very promising tourism sector. Garut Regency is one of the tourist destinations in West Java because it has a lot of tourism potential that can attract tourists to come to visit. The number of tourist attractions in Garut such as Cipanas, Situ Bagendit, Cangkuang Temple, Santolo Beach is a tourist destination that is often visited by tourists. So it is necessary to study the potential of tourism in Garut Regency to realize the creative economy. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi pariwisata garut dalam mewujudkan ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, proses dan makna lebih di tonjolkan dalam penelitian kualitatif. Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus peneliti sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan untuk mengkaji secara sungguh-sungguh tentang teori-teori dan konsep-konsep yang berkaitan dengan topik yang akan diteliti. Objek yang diteliti yaitu salah satu daerah tujuan wisata di Kabupaten Garut Cipanas, Situ Bagendit, Candi Cangkuang, Pantai Santolo merupakan tujuan wisata yang sering kali dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan tingkat kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara adalah dengan membangun dan memperbaiki sarana prasarana pariwisata yang sudah ada melalui inovasi dengan mengkombinasi unsur budaya dengan sarana prasarana pariwisata yang sudah ada atau belum terbangun. Dengan kombinasi sarana prasarana dengan unsur budaya lokal akan tercipta keunikan yang khas pada sarana prasarana pariwisata di Jawa Barat dengan demikian tingkat kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara akan meningkat serta unsur budaya tidak akan hilang atau tergerus oleh budaya asing yang dibawa oleh wisatawan asing yang datang di Jawa Barat dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan tingkat kunjungan wisata di Indonesia pada umumnya. Garut merupakan salah satu wilayah yang sangat lengkap, mulai dari pariwisata pantai, pariwisata petualangan, pariwisata pegunungan, dan pariwisata artificial dapat di jadikan sebagai sumber pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) dari sektor pariwisata yang sangat menjanjikan. Kabupaten Garut merupakan salah satu daerah tujuan wisata di Jawa Barat karena banyak memiliki potensi wisata yang dapat menarik wisatawan untuk datang berkunjung. Banyaknya tempat objek wisata Garut seperti Cipanas, Situ Bagendit, Candi Cangkuang, Pantai Santolo merupakan tujuan wisata yang sering kali dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Maka diperlukannya mengkaji potensi pariwisata di Kabupaten Garut untuk mewujudkan ekonomi kreatif.
In the current situation, students consider a less exciting subject and less motivated to learn social studies. So that students tend to be less enthusiastic when participating in learning, especially in distance learning. This study aims to describe social studies learning innovations for students based on fun educational games for students. This research method is a qualitative method using case study techniques directly on students and literature students. The results of this study are; (1) social studies learning strategies based on fun educational games related to simple social studies materials, but packaged in interesting patterns for students so that they can increase students motivation and interest in learning, especially in social studies learning; (2) Increasing the optimization of students in understanding social studies materials with the concept of strengthening reflection in social studies learning, especially in the introduction of regions and cultures in Indonesia.
The disruptive era is marked by the cloud wars happening in the cyberspace. This disruptive era provides both opportunities and challenges to education. The WhatsApp-based Project Citizen model aims at developing student social character required to deal with the opportunities and challenges of the disruptive era. This study was conducted on social science students in Indonesia. The implementation of WhatsAppbased Project Citizen allows students to actively, critically, creatively, innovatively, and cooperatively participate in democracy and tolerance building. The results of this study show that WhatsApp-based Project Citizen model improved the openness of classroom climate and foster a cooperative responsibility and democratic values in students. This implies that the wise use of social media can help build social intelligence in the young generation of the nation.
