Express delivery is the growing industry that provides the means to facilitate people across the world by shipping goods and documents from one place to another. The profitability of sole companies is based on price, quality, reliability, and services. However, the impact of corporate value capture strategies on the overall sustainability of the value creation process is rarely discussed in the existing literature. This review article is aimed to develop a model to relate the effectiveness and efficiency of managerial processes with the quality of service delivery, employment, and customer retention. Extensive literature review establishes that Advancement in E-commerce Infrastructure strengthens the relationship of good management and customer retention. The present article further explains the mediation of automation in supply chain management in our model. This article has a theoretical contribution to the extant literature on e-commerce and supply chain management along with practical implication for taking care of contemporary techniques to automate the processes for success in Private Express Enterprise business, particularly for the managers, responsible for corporate performance.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the role of Human Resources Management and Talent Management in bringing improvement in enterprise capabilities to stand in the market. The method adopted in this paper is the systemic literature reviewer focused on the qualitative analysis of studies focused on strategic and human resource management. This research review finds that these human-related managements are crucial requirement to build company capabilities. However, as the the company keeps growing, performance and development of employee need to keep up to cover up the global market. Giving some guidance, training, and practice may be one of the proper investments in developing the capabilities. Customer loyalty is an influential factor in the performance of the company.
Health is affected by the financial, environmental and work conditions. In this paper, we have proposed an algorithm to be used in a game so that it could behave intelligently for stress relieving and health care rather than in a traditional leisure. Our study explores the efficacy of intelligent games to keep the interest of a user in computer usage that helps in the reduction of stress. The games keep track of a user's actions and decide intelligently which best next level should be provoked to the user for keeping his/her interest in the game. In several experiments it has been observed that after playing stress relief game, users become less distracted by rejection, help releasing their stress and anxiety.
