The rapid development of skin care products (Skincare) through social media has changed the paradigm of the digital marketing model in general. This article discusses digital marketing models that skin care products use in marketing their products. The method used was Krippendorff content analysis which was carried out through digital observation on the Instagram account of skin care products (Skincare) Elvicto @ elvicto.id from March 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021. The results of this study indicate that Elvicto is more engaged in a digital marketing communication strategy through marketing. Instagram @ elvicto.id which is dominated by personal selling strategies.
Whether semiotics can be classified as "science"? As an analytical tool that examines culture, semiotics is not always seen as "science". Most experts in the field of view of semiotics semiotics theory only as a tool to study the sign, namely as a system of living in a culture. However, there is also regarded semiotics as a science because it can show itself as an independent discipline. Already have a methodological tool derived from the theory. Every village has a site of leadership. The village head is the person who is entitled to manage the village. The person is the one that is elected to build and develop the village. The village heads will try to improve the situation of the village as well as its residents. People who have this rank have obligations and responsibilities for carrying out village activities. However, democracy is the way to accomplish the best outcomes in terms of peace, justice, and security. The decision support system using the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method functions to assess village head candidates and process them in order to get good ranking results. The most important result of the election is what the village head decides. The application of the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method is very good in determining the right person who will occupy the position of the village head.
This study focused at crowdsourcing in graphic design as internet phenomenon that bring designers and clients all around the world together in competition system. Designers offered designs, and the chosen designs would get rewards. Indonesia became one of the world's biggest source at crowdsourcing in graphic design. The questions are: How was the existence of crowdsourcing graphic designers in Indonesia? Grounded theory method was used in the research with the consideration as an effective method for reviewing the perception, feeling, and attitude of an individual towards the matter. Research reveals the pros-cons that accompany the progress of the matter in Indonesia. It also revealed designers' motivation that brings Indonesia become world's biggest potential. Both aspects would describe their existence in Indonesia. Their existence is highlighted by their involvement and motivation. Designers acknowledge others' role in guiding them. Their shortcoming was the lack of comprehension; therefore, occasionally they violated intellectual rights. The motivation in seeking, expanding network, upgrading skill, getting direct job, and raising assets, caused the growth of crowdsourcing in Indonesia. Result of the study gave opportunity to junior designers in building their portfolios, assisting financially, and as the alternative for conventional graphic design industry. Crowdsourcing also regarded as disadvantage because of the doubtful work quality since the system was opened for everyone. Research's findings would benefit the education and graphic design industry as knowledge from non-formal sector with all the uniqueness. The main uniqueness was that they learn and work independently hence in the end would deliver graphic designs that oft do not submit to the formal principles.
In the advertising industry, the workers have to birth the interesting and fresh ideas in order to communicate the products. The interesting and fresh ideas need the highly creativity. The need to be a high creative creator causes the idea that is differently anyway and irrelevant with the characteristic of the products.
