The rapid development of skin care products (Skincare) through social media has changed the paradigm of the digital marketing model in general. This article discusses digital marketing models that skin care products use in marketing their products. The method used was Krippendorff content analysis which was carried out through digital observation on the Instagram account of skin care products (Skincare) Elvicto @ elvicto.id from March 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021. The results of this study indicate that Elvicto is more engaged in a digital marketing communication strategy through marketing. Instagram @ elvicto.id which is dominated by personal selling strategies.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of destination image and accessibility on tourist visiting decisions, either directly or indirectly through interest in visiting the Merangin Jambi Geopark. The target population in this study were tourists who visited the Geopark Merangin Jambi tourist attraction with a total of 180 respondents. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis. The results show that the image of the destination and accessibility has an influence on tourist decisions, either directly or indirectly through visiting interest. This explains that if the Merangin Geopark manager wants to improve tourist visiting decisions, it can be done by maintaining a better image of the Merangin Geopark destination, as well as paying attention and improving existing access to the Merangin Geopark, so that this will generate tourist interest to visit the Merangin Geopark. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra destinasi dan aksesibilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui minat berkunjung pada Geopark Merangin Jambi. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung pada objek wisata Geopark Merangin Jambi dengan jumlah 180 responden. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi dan aksesibilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan wisatawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui minat berkunjung. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwasanya jika pengelola Geopark Merangin ingin meningkatkan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan, maka dapat dilakukan dengan menjaga citra destinasi Geopark Merangin dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan dan membenahi akses yang ada untuk menuju Geopark Merangin, sehingga hal ini akan menimbulkan minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung pada Geopark Merangin
The company through Kaizen costing to eliminate inefficient activity activities that occur in the company's production process Here, it can be seen clearly the role of Kaizen implementation to Efficiency of Production Cost (represented by Production Yield, Labor Cost, Material Cost and Transport Cost). The analytical method used is descriptive analysis to reveal facts of the object researched and SEM Analisys. The results showed that (1) the characteristics of Muda, Mura, and Muri and Efficiency of Production Cost is good; and (2) Implementation of Muda, Mura, and Muri together have a positive and significant effect on Efficiency of Production Cost PT. Dasa Anugerah Sejati - Asian Agri Jambi by 83%. The remaining 17% is influenced by other factors not examined. Implementation of Muda, Mura, and Muri have a positive effect on Production Cost Efficiency, meaning that high Efficiency of Production Cost is influenced by high implementation of Muda, Mura, and Muri. HDI summarizes three welfare variables in a single composite index. These variables include: longevity and living a healthy life (measured by life expectancy), education (measured by the level of adult literacy and the level of enrollment in primary, secondary and high school) and having a decent standard of living (measured from purchasing power / PPP parity, income). Basically the condition of HDI, in the city of Jambi every year has always experienced an increase, especially in the years2012-2017. Where in 2012 73.78% and this always increased until 2017 76.74 percent this figure shows that the Human Development Index in Jambi City has always increased. But the increase in AHH increases every year is not so significant where in 2012 it amounted to 72.29 years while in 2017 72.33 years, and AMH increase every year is also not so significant where in 2012 99.07 percent and in 2017 99, 31 percent where the annual increase is an average of 0.04 percent per year, while HLS in Jambi city increases by an average of 0.17 years, RLS in Jambi City in the period of 2012 to 2017, an average increase of 0.06 years per year. The economic growth of the city of Jambi in the period of 2012-2017 is an annual average of 7.09 percent.
The economic sectors of Jambi City meet 4 criteria. Based on the results of the analysis of the classical Tipologi by using the variable PDRB Jambi city as an analysis area and PDRB of Jambi Province as a reference area resulted in 11 potential economic sectors, 4 backward economic sectors, 1 superior economic sector and potential, 1 sector backward and developing. Potential economic sectors include: industrial processing, procurement of electricity and gas, water procurement, waste management, waste, construction, transportation and warehousing, provision of accommodation and eating, information and communication, real estate, corporate services, government administration, defence and compulsory social security, health services and social activities. The backward economic sectors are: agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, financial services sector and insurance, education services sector, other services. The superior and potential economic sectors are the large and retail sectors; Car repairs. The backward and growing economic sectors are the mining and excavation sectors. Based on the Location Quation sector analysis of the economic sector in Jambi city is: processing industries, electricity and gas procurement, water procurement, waste management, waste, large and retail trade; car repair, construction, transportation and warehousing, provision of accommodation and eating, information and communication, company services, government administration, defence and compulsory social security, health services and social activities. Non-agricultural bases, forestry, and fisheries, mining and excavation, financial services and insurance, education services, other services. Based on the analysis of Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) The economic sector which has high economic efficiency is mining and excavation, processing industry, construction, large and retail trade; car repair, financial services and insurance, other services. While low economic efficiency is a sector of agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
