This article is devoted to manager's professional training in Russia (syllabus and technologies). The organizational management paradigm change resulting from global economy transformation in the XX-XXI centuries identified an urgent need for managers having intellectual and emotional potential, practical and intuitive reasoning, and key managerial competences. The analysis of management subject matter showed that in the constantly developing environment a manager must be not only the subject of the economic and industrial systems global modernization, but also an active coordinator of the team with the ability to pass his or her synergy to all the participants. As a result, recognizing all the significance of the competent manager's professional training led to the fact that it was made the top priority for the state. The objective of the article is to analyze the state of manager's training system in high national professional school, revealing its essence and particularities, determining the syllabus selection and structuring principles, and also identifying the technologies set.
The paper considers the concept of tolerance in different scholars' works and applies it to determine the notion for the Russian educational environment. Tolerance is viewed as a quality of a person which firstly is formed in the course of socialization throughout life and manifests itself in various fields. A significant role of education, combined with sports and social events in the personality development of each participant of the process is proved. Ethnic, social and personal tolerance were studied and analyzed.
The aim of the article is to identify the most effective methods of teaching English to young schoolchildren and the possibilities of using robotics in primary school. Today, robotics classes are the most popular direction in the field of additional education, they are mainly related to the development of engineering thinking, mastering the basics of design and programming and career guidance. The use of robots as a means of teaching English to 6-10 year old children in the Russian secondary school hasn't been studied well enough. It is characterized by the novelty of the subject of discussion, the lack of scientifically based programs and teaching materials, the shortage of teachers who are able to implement in practice-wide possibilities of educational robotics for experimental verification of our hypothesis. The article presents the main methods which help to develop the highest communicative skills of young schoolchildren, problems in teaching English language to children and ways of their solution. The authors of the article offer to use robotics, project and playing activity of schoolchildren at English lessons and in extracurricular activity as a means of teaching English in elementary school. The article is of practical value for English teachers who work with 6-10 year old children.
The article discloses the contradictions, which define the necessity and possibility to use teacher's portfolio in the system of children's supplementary education. It gives the author's interpretation of the concept «supplementary education teacher's portfolio», defines objectives, the portfolio functions and the principles of its design. The article offers the author's structure of the supplementary education teacher's portfolio, which reflects the main directions of the teacher's professional activities, allows demonstrating the achievements and the results of these activities. The authors describe the alternatives to use the portfolio in supplementary education. The article reveals the risks of portfolio implementation in the institutions of supplementary education. Practical recommendations for the teacher's portfolio development given in the article are practiceoriented. The article addresses the administration and the teachers of the children's supplementary education institutions, the lecturers of the teacher's training colleges, who train future teachers of the supplementary education as well as the educators of the extended education within the process of the professional skills improvement for supplementary education teachers.
The present study was conducted in Iran and aimed to analyze the relationships among technology acquisition & exploitation, organizational innovation, and organizational performance. We selected 80 knowledge-intensive organizations as statistical population of the study. Executive managers, senior managers, operational managers, and R&D managers of the companies were considered as appropriate respondents for this study. After the distribution of 320 questionnaires among the respondents, 280 usable questionnaires were gathered. The analysis was done utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methodology by LISREL software. The factors analysis and the findings show that technology acquisition & exploitation has a significant positive influence on both organizational innovation and organizational performance. Further, organizational innovation has a significant positive impact on organizational performance.
