Motivation, competence, compensation and performance are important factors in an organization to achieve its stated goals. This study will examine empirically related to motivation, competence and compensation for its effect on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative with survey techniques. The sample in this study were employees. Determination of the sample is done by proportional random sampling. Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of the study prove that motivation, competence, compensation and performance are in the category of being headed well. While the results of verification studies prove that motivation, competence and compensation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance.
The background of this research was the low performance of the employee, which could be seen from the non optimal task implementation, overdue task completion, and low discipline. In this study, the researcher used analytical descriptive method, also literature study and field study as the instruments. The field study consisted of observation, interview, and questionnaire. The result of the research showed that the human relations done by the Sub-District Head had not been fully implemented based on the principles in human relations. It caused the low employee performance in the Argapura Sub-District Office of Majalengka Regency, so that the hypothesis of the researcher is true and can be accepted.
Public administration has a strategic value for administrators of government, development, and service to the community so that the need for effective, coordinated and sustainable public administration services. To achieve these objectives, a good motivation is needed from subdistrict head as the leader. The public administration service is apparently still not optimal. It happens because by the implementation of motivation has not been done optimally, based on the principles of motivation. This study used descriptive quantitative research methods with scoring techniques. The data collected was the primary data through questionnaire techniques and the secondary data through documentation and other supporting data. In this study, the samples were all employees in Argapura, Majalengka. The obtained results explained that the implementation of motivation by the sub-district head of Argapura based on the principles of motivation only reached the results of 61.5% which "Good Enough". Meanwhile, the effectiveness of public administration services obtained as much as 59% in which it only achieved "Good Enough". Thus, the motivation achieving a good enough predicate will influence the effectiveness of public administration services also achieving good enough results as well.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen kurikulum pendidikan Islam terpadu sertafaktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian menunjukkan implementasi manajemen kurikulum pendidikan Islam terpadu di SDIT Ulul Albab 2 Purworejo: Perencanaan kurikulum disusun oleh waka kurikulum dan kepala sekolah dengan tetap mengacu pada visi dan misi sekolah. Pelaksanaan kurikulum dijabarkan dengan program sekolah yang rinci disertai kalender pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan kalender Dinas Pendidikan serta kebijakan yayasan. Faktor yang menghambat: kurangnya motivasi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya, menurunnya tanggung-jawab guru dalam melaksanakan tanggung-jawabnya, keberagaman karakteristik siswa, perbedaan visi antara pihak sekolah dengan orang tua siswa serta meningkatkanya kebutuhan terhadap jumlah dan kualitas SDM. Solusi yang diambil meliputi: pembinaan guru dan karyawan secara rutin maupun insidental serta pembinaan ruhiyah, mengikutsertakan guru dalam kegiatan workshop, pelatihan maupun studi banding, mengadakan kegiatan KKG, menyelenggarakan program parenting setiap 6 bulan sekali, menyelenggarakan kegiatan paguyuban wali di setiap wali serta menjaring dan menyeleksi guru dan karyawan baru.
Poor public services in Indonesia are not new. Many facts on the ground show the low level of public service delivery, such as the number of discrimination services, the absence of certainty of the cost and time of service, and the low level of public satisfaction with public services. Optimizing public services carried out by the government bureaucracy is not easy, and considering the renewal of various aspects entrenched in the circle of government bureaucracy in Indonesia. Among some of these aspects is the culture of bureaucracy that is not conducive that has long colored the mindset of bureaucrats since the colonial era. The procedures and ethics of service developed in the bureaucracy in Indonesia are very far from the values and practices that value the nation's citizens as sovereign citizens.
