The relevance of the research project is related to the study of an important social problem -the change in consumer markets in the new industrialization of the Russian economy. The article describes the experience of a sociological study conducted by the authors according to the original methodology in September 2018. The main purpose is to test the hypothesis about the influence of environmental awareness on the behavior of young consumers in choosing foods. The young consumers were represented by the students of two Ural universities -the Ural State Economic University and the Ural State Agrarian University. The selected study fields allowed to consider surveyed students as representatives of an expert group within the youth audience. To study this problem, we chose a comprehensive research strategy that includes quantitative and qualitative methods for collecting social information: focus groups and mass survey research. The analysis of the data obtained in the course of the study allowed us to conclude about the contradictory environmental patterns of behavior and the ambivalence of the environmental consciousness of students, which affects their attitudes regarding the purchase of organic food. In the course of the study, we identified gaps in the cognitive, axiological, and activity levels of the environmental behavior of the interviewed students, which actualizes the problem of environmental education. We see the development of the scientific foundations of environmental education primarily in the design of a new social ideal based on a conscious ethical attitude towards the social and natural habitat (towards ourselves, surrounding people and nature as part of culture), shaping the harmonious development of man as a biosocial being that recognizes the value of the world around us and human life. Keywords-new industrialization, ecological consciousness, consumer behavior, young people.I.
The authors analyze the main factors influencing the development of the competitiveness of enterprises at the regional level. Taking into account the peculiarities of regional policy, geographical factors, logistics systems and other conditions, this system of factors will change, influencing the support measures necessary for the development of agriculture at the regional level. The authors systematized the factors and obstacles that have a positive and negative impact on agricultural enterprises. The analysis of internal factors influencing the competitiveness and development of the enterprise in the regional and state market is also given. The proposed systematization is universal, and the set of factors correlates with regional features. The authors note that the presented set of factors can be transformed with the development of technologies and force majeure circumstances that do not depend on the actions of enterprises and public authority.
Abstract. In conditions of macroeconomic instability and growing risks, the role of technical service in the work of agricultural enterprises is significantly increasing. There are qualitative changes in the functioning of technical services due to the transition to a new technological structure and the modern digital economy. The role and importance of technical and technological services is increasing at the present stage in connection with the transition from lean production - to the model of “fast-reacting production”. The article notes that the deterioration of the quality of the ecological environment, accelerated depreciation of fixed assets, the wear of which reaches 70 % or more, have a negative impact on the development of the agro-industrial complex (AIC). The solution to these problems is based on the modernization of industries and the intensification of agricultural production, which is characterized by additional investment of labor and funds per unit of land area. In this area, a number of important problems related to the reorganization of maintenance, its financing, informatization, digitalization, etc., have become aggravated in recent years. The efficiency of the functioning of the agro-industrial complex largely depends on the solution of these problems at the present stage. The purpose of the study is to analyze and assess the current state of the field of technical and technological services for agricultural enterprises and the prospects for its further development. The most important condition for improving this block of the reproduction process in the agro-industrial complex is the increase in state funding and its effective targeted distribution in specific areas of innovative development. The results of the study are to identify the lack of inclusion of maintenance in the plans for innovation activities of agricultural enterprises, in connection with which recommendations are proposed to remedy the situation (creation of own technical and technological maps for the development of agricultural enterprises and the intellectualization of its material and technical services). Methods used: analysis and synthesis, comparison and observation. The scientific novelty is the analysis of indicative financial planning and a flexible system of targeted budgeting of production assignments for servicing agricultural enterprises.
