Abstrak- Melalui program jaminan kesehatan pemerintah berupaya terus menjamin kesehatan bagi masyarakat melalui puskesmas puskesmas atau balai pengobatan. Salah satu komponen yang sangat penting pada puskesmas maupun balai pengobatan adalah masalah ketersediaan obat. Ketersediaan obat harus dikelola secara baik untuk menjamin obat yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat selalu tersedia dengan jumlah yang cukup dan memadai. Clusterisasi pada data mining dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa pemakaian obat yang terjadi selama ini pada sebuah puskesmas untuk digunakan sebagai salah satu alat bantu penunjang keputusan bagi pihak puskesmas untuk mengajukan permintaan obat pada periode yang akan datang. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mengelompokkan tingkat pemakaian obat pada apotik puskesmas Rumbai Bukit Pekanbaru Kata Kunci : Data mining, k-means, obat, puskesmas, cluster Abstrack- Through the government health insurance program seeks to continue to ensure public health through public health centers health centers or clinics. One very important component in health centers and clinics is the issue of availability of drugs. Availability of the drug should be managed properly to ensure the drug is needed by the community always available in sufficient quantities and adequate. Clusterisasi on data mining can be used to analyze the use of drugs that occurred during this time in a health clinic to be used as a decision support tool for the clinic to request the drug in the coming period. Enzymatic transesterification reaction of degummed palm oil (DPO) in ionic liquid system has been demonstrated in producing biodiesel. Ionic liquid as a supporter of enzyme create a catalytic system that can be used in the transesterification of oil into biodiesel. Recycled Lypozime RM IM to produced biodiesel from DPO as feedstock in ionic liquid system has been investigated. In this research, synthesis of biodiesel from DPO through transesterification (using of methanol as acyl acceptor) and recycled Lipozyme RM IM as catalysts in ionic liquid [BMIM] [PF6] system is conducted in a batch reactor to obtain biodiesel as product were analyzed using Gas Chromatography (GC). As a study in this research, discussed the influence of ionic liquids to performance of Lypozime RM IM or decreasing of lipase activity while recycled that seen from the acquisition yield of biodiesel as a result. The best result in ionic liquid system with ratio of DPO to ionic liquid 1: 1.5 (molar ratio) showed that decreasing lipase activity obtained in this research was about 4.28% (yield from 68.98% to 56.12%) after 4 times with the conditions of 1:3 molar ratio, temperature of reaction 45 °C and amount of Lipozyme RM IM was 30%, and 6 hours reaction time.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa SDN 1 Sagaranten. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas III SDN 1 Sagaranten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara mencari informasi berkaitan dengan permasalahan, dijelaskan dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, merencanakan bentuk pendekatan, serta mengumpulkan data atau hasil sebagai laporan penelitian. Dengan hasil yang menentukan bahwa kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas III SDN 1 Sagaranten dalam kriteria penilaiannya adalah kurang, dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 59,4. Solusi yang dapat diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman, yaitu dengan membina siswa untuk membaca buku, memberikan sarana dan prasarana, dan penerapan model, strategi, serta metode pembelajaran yang tepat bagi siswa.
In this study, silica derived from corncobs impregnated with sodium hydroxide to obtain sodium silicate was calcined, prepared, and employed as a solid base catalyst for the conversion of oils to biodiesel. The catalyst was characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscope Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) and Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) methods. Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to characterize the biodiesel products. The optimum catalyst conditions were calcination temperature of 400 °C for 2 h, catalyst loading of 2%, and methanol: oil molar ratio of 12:1 at 60 °C for 60 min, that resulted in a yield of 79.49%. The final product conforms to the selected biodiesel fuel properties of European standard (EN14214) specifications. Calcined corncob-derived sodium silicate showed high potential for use as a low-cost, high-performance, simple-to-prepare solid catalyst for biodiesel synthesis.
This research aimed to discover the language learning strategies used by successfull students in developing speaking performance in speaking performance at English Language Education Program in Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. This research used qualitative method in the form of descriptive qualitative. the participants of this research were taken from the third semester of English Language Education Program in Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong with the total 6 students. The participants were the students who gained score A in speaking class. Based on the data gathered, the result showed that the students applied both of Direct and Imdirect learning strategies in developing their speaking English Language Education Program in Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, namely social strategies, metacognitive strategies, affective strategies in Indirect Strategy and memory strategies, cognitive strategies, and compensation strategies in Direct Strategy. From those of six strategies applied, most of the students tended to apply Indirect Strategy that was social strategies by asking help, working in pair, practicing with the proficient user of English and making small group discussion.
