ABSTRAK Kajian risiko pajanan radiasi gama dan gas radon dilakukan di area terowongan eksplorasi uranium dalam upaya melindungi pekerja dari bahaya radiasi pengion di tempat kerja. Pengukuran pajanan sinar gama dan konsentrasi gas radon dilakukan di dalam terowongan eksplorasi uranium Remaja dan sekitar kamp pekerja di daerah Kalan, Kalimantan Barat. Pajanan sinar gama diukur menggunakan surveimeter gama, sementara pajanan radon (222Rn/220Rn) menggunakan detektor pasif RADUET. Konsentrasi gas radon dan toron di dalam terowongan secara umum cukup tinggi, berkisar antara 188,84 hingga 495,86 Bq/m3 (rata-rata 375,80 Bq/m3) sementara toron berkisar antara 58,07 hingga 340,73 Bq/m3 (rata-rata 189,80 Bq/m3). Nilai tersebut berada di atas reference level radon (300 Bq/m3) yang disaranakan oleh International Commission on Radiation Protection (ICRP). Dosis efektif tahunan sinar gama mencapai nilai 147,88 mSv di dalam terowongan eksplorasi. Nilai tersebut berada di atas nilai batas dosis untuk pekerja, yaitu 20 mSv. Pengendalian pajanan sangat penting dilakukan dengan memenuhi prinsip “as low as reasonably achievable” (ALARA) dan proteksi radiasi eksterna untuk melindungi pekerja di dalam terowongan dari masalah kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh pajanan dari sinar gama, radon, dan toron.ABSTRACT A risk assessment of gamma radiation and radon gas exposure is carried out in the uranium exploration tunnel area to protect workers from the ionizing radiation hazards in the workplace. Measurement of gamma-ray exposure and radon gas concentrations were carried out in Remaja uranium exploration tunnel and around the workers camp in Kalan Area, West Kalimantan. Gamma exposure was measured using a gamma survey meter while radon (222Rn/220Rn) using RADUET passive detector. The concentrations of radon and thoron gas inside the tunnel generally are high, ranging from 188.84 to 495.86 Bq/m3 (375.80 Bq/m3 average) and 58.07 to 340.73 Bq/m3 (189.80 Bq/m3 average) respectively. These values are above the radon reference level (300 Bq/m3)which is recommended by the International Commission on Radiation Protection (ICRP). The annual gamma effective dose reaches 147.88mSv inside the tunnel. This value is exceeding the 20 mSv dose limit value for workers. It is necessary to control the exposure by fulfilled the principle of “as low as reasonably achievable” (ALARA) and external radiation protection to secure workers inside the tunnel from a health issue caused by gamma-ray, radon, and thoron exposures.
Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Education as a forum for the development of human potential has a noble goal, namely to form a generation with character and decorated with noble morals. The current condition is attracting attention regarding moral decadence in the midst of public life. Therefore, the assessment and implementation of character education is needed in order to alleviate increasingly crucial educational problems. This study aims to determine how the paradigm of character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali in the Bidayatul Hidayah book. The research method used is the library research method, the opinion of experts about the paradigm of the character education of Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Bidayatul Hidayah. In his efforts to overcome moral problems, Imam Al-Gahzali focused on moral formation. This can be seen from his various works, one of which is the book Bidayatul Hidayah. In this book, the paradigm of character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali includes straight intentions in studying, carrying out obedience as best as possible. As well as displaying good ethics in socializing. This shows that Imam Al-Ghazali is very concerned in alleviating the problem of moral decadence. There for it is very appropriate if his work is used as a reference in the development of character education. Pendidikan sebagai wadah pengembangan potensi manusia memiliki tujuan mulia yakni membentuk generasi yang berkarakter dan di hiasi akhlak mulia. Kondisi saat ini menyita perhatian seputar dekadensi moral ditengah kehidupan masayrakat. Maka dari itu pengkajian dan pelaksanakan pendidikan karakter sangat diperlukan guna mengentaskan masalah pendidikan yanng semakin krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana paradigma pendidikan karakter menurut Imam Al-Ghazali dalam kitab Bidayatul Hidayah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode library research, pendapat para ahli tentang paradigma pendididkan karakter Imam Al-Ghazali dalam kitab Bidayatul Hidayah. Dalam upayanya mengatasi permasalahan moral Imam Al-Gahzali memfokuskan pada pembentukan akhlak. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari berbagai karyanya salah satunya adalah kitab Bidayatul Hidayah. Dalam kitab ini dijelasakan paradigma pendidikan karakter menurut Imam Al-Ghazali yang meliputi niat lurus dalam menuntut ilmu, melaksanakan ketaatan dengan sebaik mungkin. Serta menampilakn etika yang baik dalam bergaul. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Imam Al-Ghazali sangat konsen dalam mengentaskan permasalahan dekadensi moral. maka dari itu sangat tepat jika karyanya dijadikan rujukan dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter.
Abstract This study aims to analyze and illustrate the leadership role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance in MIS Asy Syarifiyah, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency. The study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is done by using methods a) observation, b) interviews and c) documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the headmaster of the madrasa uses a democratic leadership style and has performed its role as a madrasa leader in improving teacher performance by making plans and implementation through coaching and development. So that between leadership and planning styles as well as the implementation of the headmaster has a causal relationship or cause and effect that makes the teacher as a professional educator to realize the objectives of the madrasah better.
