Rokok tidak hanya merusak kesehatan manusia, tetapi memberikan dampak terhadap psikologis termasuk pertumbuhan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kontribusi Lifestyle Without Tobacco terhadap pertumbuhan anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, partisipan berjumlah 40 orang pada dua desa untuk perbandingan, dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square ditemukan ada hubungan perilaku merokok dengan pertumbuhan anak usia dini, dan dari hasil uji regresi logistik sederhana diperoleh bahwa orang tua yang tidak merokok memiliki peluang 67,7 kali terhadap pertumbuhan anak. Temuan baru penelitian ini merupakan dukungan terhadap penerapan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) dengan menerapkan perilaku hidup tanpa tembakau. Anak usia dini yang hidup di lingkungan tersebut memiliki pertumbuhan yang lebih baik. Dampak dari penelitian ini mendorong dapat direplikasi perilaku tanpa asap rokok pada daerah yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama
This study aims to implement a cooperative approach with the type of Team Games Tournament (TGT) model in SCIENCE learning in improving the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of Inpres Tidung Elementary School in Rappocini District, Makassar City. This research was carried out at SD Inpres Tidung, Rappocini Sub-District, Makassar City on September 5, 2011 until October 5, 2011. This study used a type of CAR (PTK) with the aim of knowing how to apply the Team Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Approach to SCIENCE learning in improving learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Inpres Tidung, Rappocini Subdistrict, Makassar City. The research target is children in class V in the academic year 2011/2012 odd semester as many as 34 children, totaling 11 boys and girls totaling 23 people. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and tests are analyzed through quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results show that there is an increase in children's learning outcomes in SCIENCE learning after getting learning through the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type. Learning activities in learning have increased in terms of cohesiveness in groups, asking questions during learning, children can solve problems encountered during learning, children can answer teacher's oral questions, children submit responses when learning takes place and are shown learning outcomes with test scores child.
Low Vocabulary Ability of Children in Group A Kindergarten Tunas Bangsa, Sukamaju District, North Luwu Regency. Action research cycle refers to Mc Kernan's action research model which divides into 7 stages, namely situation analysis (reconnaissance), problem formulation and clarification, action hypothesis, action planning, implementation of action with monitoring, evaluation of action results, reflection and decision making for further development . Overall, the average vocabulary ability through hand puppets increased from an average of 8.12 or 34% in cycle 1 to 19.24 or 80% in cycle 2 with an average increase of 11.12 or 46%, thus the success rate of children's abilities based on Mills' action success criteria ≥71% vocabulary ability through hand puppets in group A TK Tunas Bangsa, Sukamaju District, North Luwu Regency was found to have experienced success.
Understanding kindergarten teachers about the knowledge of counseling and implementation guidance services in Somba Opu Subdistrict, Gowa Regency. Problem formulation and this research are how teachers understand guidance and counseling services in schools? and what guidance and counseling services do teachers do in learning?. This research provides an overview of teachers' understanding of guidance and counseling services implemented by teachers in learning in kindergarten. Data collection techniques through interview methods, and questionnaire distribution, as well as documentation. Data analysis in this study was conducted by Data collection, Data reduction, Display data, Data verification. The technique of examination and validity of data is carried out with The Extension of Participation, Perseverance of Questionnaires and Interviews, and Triangulation. The results showed that 20 kindergarten teachers about the understanding of knowledge guidance and counseling services are still lacking and 10 kindergarten teachers have a sufficient understanding of the knowledge of Guidance and Counseling Services. Furthermore, counseling guidance services implemented by teachers in learning in kindergarten are group guidance services, learning guidance, guidance while playing.
The background of this study is PAUD learning facilities owned by PAUD institutions in kindergarten are still limited in Palopo City. This study aims to be able to develop a Theater Theater for Dolls as a Means of PAUD Learning in Palopo City. This development research uses the Mix Method Approach using the Reseach and Devolution method. The development results are based on three things, namely production design, interior and exterior design, and learning design. The development began with Preliminary Study, Designing and developing products, product trials, and up to Commercialization of Applications. The Puppet Stage Theater Studio is an entire stage in the form of a space and inside there is a place to play dolls, settings and areas to perform puppet shows. The Puppet Stage Theater Studio can make pupils can play puppets in the theater studio and actualize themselves through puppet games in puppet shows. The Puppet Stage Theater Studio can be used as an alternative to Educative Game Tools as a means of Teaching PAUD and its development according to the standards of PAUD Learning Facilities in Kindergarten in Palopo City.
