Attendance can be said to be a presence data collection that is part of reporting activities that exist within an institution. A company requires a policy, especially the level of employee discipline. Discipline from employees is the main benchmark in seeing employee performance based on his presence in the company. A company must have a staff attendance system that can manage employee attendance based on obligations, prohibitions, and sanctions if an employee's obligations are not obeyed or violated. The problem that often occurs at the Bandung Central Statistics Agency is when employees are assigned to take a business trip, often the employee does not attend first to the office. By applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, a method of software development with an object-oriented approach to system development, this method shorten the time in planning, designing, and implementing a system compared to traditional methods. Then the Location Based Service (LBS) method is used to access geographical information services used by users with mobile phone devices through cellular network connections to map locations to determine where the location of the user is. Thus, the existence of this research can help companies and employees in performing their performance without being bothered by pressure of workload.

Logistic sector actors need innovation to improve competitiveness in providing their b est services to consumers, one of them on Warehouse Management System (WMS) b ecause the system is used to control the movement of the supply chain. There is a prob lem in one of Indonesia logistics companies on the process of selecting goods, so the warehouseman still di fficulties in this process. Thus, RFID implementation on WMS b ecomes one of the solutions to handle the goods selection process. This research uses Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) which focuses on developing and improving the model performance of a system and using waterfall model for system development. Then the authors will analyze the test results with the validity test and reliab ility test of the questionnaire, and the results of the data analysis will determine the feasib ility of this research to b e applied.

Indonesian government agencies under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources have prob lems in classifying data dictionary of coal. This research conduct grouping coal dictionary using K-Means and MeanShift algorithm. K-means algorithm is used to get cluster value on character and word criteria. The last iteration of Euclidian distance calculation data on k-means comb ine with Meanshift algorithm. The meanshift calculates centroid b y selecting different b andwidths. The result of grouping using k-means and meanshift algorithm shows different centroid to find optimum b andwidth value. The data dictionary of this research has sorted in alphab etically.

Abstrak Bobot kriteria yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh pada hasil pengambilan keputusan perlu dicari metode untuk menentukan bobot yang tepat dalam menentukan kriteria. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan studi komparasi antara metode Entropy dan ROC untuk mencari metode dalam pembobotan kriteria yang sesuai untuk pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan uji sensitivitas dan nilai efektif pada kriteria yang dijadikan parameter pembanding antara metode entropy dan ROC. Hasil dari penelitian ini uji sensitivitas untuk metode ROC mendapatkan nilai sebesar 2,98752381 Sedangkan entropy 1,406581327 dan untuk uji nilai efektif pada metode ROC semua kriteria efektif sedangkan metode entropy dua kriteria efektif dan tiga kriteria tidak efetif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut metode ROC lebih baik dalam menentukan bobot kriteria untuk pengambilan keputusan. Abstract The weight of the criterion which is very important and has an effect on the results of decision making, it is necessary to find a method to determine the appropriate weight in determining the criteria. In this study, a comparative study was carried out between the Entropy and ROC methods to find a method of weighting the appropriate criteria for decision making. In this study, the sensitivity and effective value of the criteria were tested as parameters of comparison. The results of the sensitivity test for the ROC method obtained a value of 2.98752381 while the entropy was 1.406581327 and for the effective value test on the ROC method, all criteria were effective while the entropy method was effective with two criteria and three criteria were ineffective. Based on these results the ROC method is better at determining the weight of the criteria for decision makers.
