Every year, the dynamics of implementation of projects aimed at improving the efficiency of energy use is gradually increasing at different levels and in different industries. It has spread in the areas of design, modernization and reconstruction of energy-efficient buildings and structures, design and construction of elements of industrial infrastructure, and technological production processes. Introduction of such projects is a priority for enterprises and companies of various types of economic activity. Thus, the leading industries develop strategies to improve environmental safety and energy efficiency - shipping is no exception, where the process of improving energy efficiency is carried out through various mechanisms, ultimately leading to a reduction in emissions of pollutants, but having a negative impact on the performance of the commercial operation of the ship. Problems of ensuring energy efficiency along with increasing requirements for environmental safety of transport and strengthening the responsibility of shipowners become the focus of research of modern theory and practice of operation of means of maritime transport. The issues of improvement of universal principles of energy efficiency within individual shipping companies and development of tools for economic analysis of energy efficiency of own fleet, search for new ways of forming professional competencies of ship crew members in the field of energy efficiency continue to be topical as well.

The advantages of the program-targeted approach in ensuring region economic security are considered. It is noted that regional development programs can be a real tool for accelerating the region’s economy reforming. Directions of increasing the effectiveness of program-target program method as a tool for regional economy regulating and to ensure regional economic security are defined. The necessity of region’s social and economic security ensuring as an integral part of the socio-economic development strategy of the region is substantiated. A list of the main provisions of the regional strategic program for ensuring the socio-economic security of the region is proposed. The main objectives of the program ensuring the region’s socio-economic security are defined. It is proved that the regional socio-economic security program determines the structural restructuring directions of the economic system of the region, taking into account local potential and features of the territory and is made on the basis of economic forecasts for the region development. The conditions for the program effectiveness are stated. The subjects of the regional economic security program implementation and their responsibilities are specified. The sources of state financial support the region’s strategic development program and criteria’s of the regional governance effectiveness are defined.

Construction complex development influence on region social and economic security is studied, taking into account Ukrainian housing stock development main indicators peculiarities and general population housing provision in the regions. Region construction complex development influence on region social and economic security level has been investigated based on correlation-regression analysis. It is emphasized that regional inter-sectoral complexes, in particular, construction, are influence subject to many factors, threats and dangers for the socio-economic life of the region and need to function safely. Region social and economic security assessing methodical principles, taking into account construction complex development criteria, have been proposed, and made it possible to form indicators system using the integral method and their threshold values, taking into account the complex hierarchical links with region social and economic development in particular and the state as a whole.

Ensuring the economic security of the functioning of all economic entities is one of the main tasks, the solution of which makes it possible to preserve national sovereignty. Since February 24, 2022, the domestic economy has been suffering from russia's brutal, open and large-scale military aggression and is in a state of constant turbulence. That, in turn, causes increased attention to security issues at all levels of the economy in the face of global, geopolitical, and domestic economic threats. That is why this study aims to develop a methodical approach to assessing the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions. Scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of "economic security of financial and credit institutions" are analyzed and the author's vision of the concept through the prism of development is proposed. The existing methodical approaches of domestic scientists to the assessment of the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions were studied. A methodology for assessing the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions based on the scoring approach has been developed. Quantitative and qualitative components of economic security are highlighted, which are proposed to be analyzed in the study of economic security. It is proposed to use the Harrington scale to determine the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions. Approbation of the proposed methodology was carried out on the assessment of the activities of five banking institutions. According to the analysis obtained, the relevance of the proposed methodology for assessing the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions has been proven.
