Objective. The aim is to enhance the efficiency of diagnostics for determining the level of air attack safety through the practical integration principles of artificial intelligence. Methodology. Models and technologies for safety diagnostics of the region (territorial community) have been explored. The process of building an artificial intelligence model requires differentiation of objects at a level to accumulate assessments-characteristics of aerial vehicles. The practical integration principles of artificial intelligence into the forecasting technology are based on the Region Safety Index, used for constructing machine learning models. The optimal machine learning model of the proposed approach is selected from a list of several models. Results. A technology for predicting the level of regional safety based on the Safety Index has been developed. The recommended optimal model is the Random Forest model ([('max_depth', 13), ('max_features', 'sqrt'), ('min_samples_leaf', 1), ('min_samples_split', 2), ('n_estimators', 79)]), demonstrating the most effective quality indicators of MAE; MAX; RMSE 0.005; 0.083; 0.0139, respectively. Scientific Novelty. The proposed approach is based on a linear model of the Region Safety Index, which, unlike existing ones, takes into account the interaction of factors. This allows for advantages of the proposed method over existing approaches in terms of the root mean square error of 0.496; 0.625, respectively. In turn, this influences the quality of machine learning models. Practical Significance. The proposed solutions are valuable for diagnosing the level of safety in the region of Ukraine, particularly in the context of air attacks.

This paper proposes an improved method for diagnosing errors of computer devices, which process economic data in computer systems, by increasing efficiency. The object of research is the processes of control and diagnosis of data errors, in the class of residuals (CR). The improved method of diagnosing economic data represented in the non-positional system of calculation in CR is based on the application of orthogonal bases of partial sets of bases. The use of these bases makes it possible to organize the process of parallel processing of the projections of the output number of the non-positional code structure. This makes it possible to increase the efficiency of data diagnostics by n times, depending on the length of the bit grid of computer systems. For a single-byte computer system, the efficiency of data diagnosis increases by 1.2 times compared to the existing method based on the zeroing principle. At the same time, the effectiveness of operational control and diagnostics systems for data processing in CR with the growth of bit grids has been proven. Based on the results, it is shown that, unlike the correction codes used in the positional counting system, the arithmetic codes in CR have additional correction capabilities. An example of a specific implementation of the process of applying operational control and diagnosing errors in the processing of economic data presented in CR is given. The improved diagnostic method will make it possible (in comparison with existing diagnostic methods) to reduce the time, which increases the efficiency of the diagnostic procedure of data operating in CR. The results give grounds for asserting that, based on the improved method and the developed algorithm for the implementation of data diagnostics, it is possible to synthesize a device for reliable and operational control and diagnostics of economic data operating in CR

This paper reports a study aimed at determining the features of using information protection systems at financial institutions in order to improve the level of financial security. It has been proven that under the conditions of digitization of the business environment, information provision is the basis of financial security at both the macro and micro levels. Information has become a strategic resource that needs protection due to the spread of cybercrime. The level of efficiency of information provision and the level of financial security of Ukraine was determined, and the relationship between them was confirmed. Attention is focused on the need to improve these indicators. It has been proven that an effective information protection system enables economic entities to resist dangers and threats. It was substantiated that the intensification of the processes of digitalization of economic activity had created prerequisites for the growth of risks and threats to the integral, uninterrupted, protected circulation of information resources of financial institutions, which leads to huge financial losses. This requires improvement of existing information protection systems. A topology of information protection systems has been presented. An algorithm for building effective information protection systems of financial institutions was proposed, which includes system vulnerability assessment, system assessment for compliance with security standards, penetration testing, and application assessment. Its application would allow financial market entities to promptly respond to real and potential threats, increase the level of information security, and ensure financial stability. The results of the study could also be used by state and local authorities to devise the principles of financial security management at the macro level under the conditions of the digital economy
