Online learning is one of the main alternatives to learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and the new normal period. This learning has been implemented at various levels of education with various platforms. Various studies have shown that online learning has varying effectiveness at all levels and types of education. The implementation of online learning is not supported by an in-depth study of student readiness. Student readiness in online learning can be assessed comprehensively from the aspects of equipment capability, technology skills, self-directed learning skills, motivation, and perceived usefulness

Globalization as the most powerful phenomenon of the present time is widely contested for its positive and negative outcomes. To Indonesian context, particularly to the Javanese, it brings more negative impacts than the advantages causing the decrease of primary school students' character as seen from their disobedient to be the observance of their own indigenous culture and ethics. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of Javanese ethno-linguistics intervention to the character of primary school students. This research used qualitative method. There were 60 lower primary school students (class IV) taken as the subject of the study. They were from four Elementary schools at Central Java. The research had been conducted for three months. The data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. The data were triangulated and analyzed by using Miles and Huberman techniques. The results showed that after giving ethno-linguistic treatment for three months teaching the students through Javanese song, Geguritan (Javanese poems), macapat (Javanese hymne) and geguritan competitions, and various Javanese literacy activities, the students show positive changes of their characters. They show more appreciation to others; they love their indigenous heritage, have good manners, use kromo alus (the most polite style), and become more obedient to their parents. These results are so much different from their characters before the treatment. It can be concluded that the ethno-linguistic approach can improve students' characters.

The study was backed by the existence of equitable development and the acceleration efforts around countryside, has done several programs/activities at the village level -based community empowerment as well as optimize the local potential in the village such as tourist village. With the participation of the community directly in the tourist village development, then it can also be used for local community empowerment efforts. This research aim is to find the community participation in the legislation implementation through the Village tourism development Tanjungsari County of Rowosari Sub district Kendal. This research type is qualitative, descriptive research was carried out in the village in Kendal. Focus of the study ISSN 2329-9150 2018 http://jsss.macrothink.org 185 was excavation of the tourism potential village, forms management in the development of tourism and other forms of activities upon community participation through the development of village tourism. Data collection methods used is interviews, observation, documentations. Technique of data analysis applies qualitative approach. The results shows that the Tanjungsari Village developed into a decent Education about how to cultivate fish and make crafts calligraphy that has tourism potential among other industrial centers household processing and marketing Fish Boiled & smoked fish, as well as the calligraphy craft. Tanjungsari Village Development model geared at empowering communities by involving the community in the development of tourist villages ranging from socialization and decision making in order to prepare the tourism components and the Pokdarwis formation. The research conclusion indicates that public participation can be rated high enough and enthusiastic but there has been no support program from the Government to prioritize the village tourism development. While the obstacles faced that there isn't law regulation because the tourist village development program is not yet contained in the RPJMDES and RKP village then be followed up with SK (Circulating Letter) Regent Tanjungsari assignment as rural education. It suggests that socialization program in order to disseminate the existence in Tanjungsari Village with invites schools to learn to cultivate fish, creating crafts calligraphy through website and social media. The purpose of this study is to map the social, economic and environmental potential of the people of Tegalrejo Village and to find the potential that is expected to be a solution to problems in the Tegalrejo environment.The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Primary data obtained from the results of in-depth interviews. The secondary data was obtained from filling out questionnaires, Focus Group Discussions/FGDs and documentation studies. Participant observations were also carried out to collect data related to the views of the assisted women on social, economic and environmental arrangements. Meanwhile, the documentation study was used to map the potential of the community in the Tegalrejo environment, Jatijajar village, which is related to social, economic and environmental arrangements. Data analysis was carried out by looking for cultural themes, namely domain analysis, followed by taxonomic analysis, and componential analysis. Furthermore, an analysis of cultural themes that link social, economic and environmental cases in the Tegalrejo area is carried out.The results of the study found that the social potential of the Tegalrejo community was to have a harmonious and peaceful nature, then care for each other, then be compact and never have conflict. There are local values that can be developed for the advancement of the Tegalrejo environment such as mutual cooperation, cultural arts, special foods, and production in the tourism industry. The economic potential that can be developed is the formation of MSMEs with types of processed food and types of stall trading, types of services, types of online trade, types of online trade, MSME Tourism, beauty salons and bridal makeup and general markets. Environmental potential, Tegalrejo can be developed into a rest area and display area for MSME products, a culinary center typical of Tegalrejo, an arts and culture area as well as a parking center for industrial areas and a public center in the Tegalrejo neighborhood.
Many vocational high schools have implemented a school quality assurance system, but the quality of their graduates is still low. This study aimed to evaluate efforts made by school principals, teachers, school committees, and vocational students to achieve vocational quality assurance, especially in preparing the School Self Evaluation (SSE) as the main instrument in the accreditation activities of the school. The study was a descriptive quantitative research method. The samples were school principals, teachers, school committees, and vocational students in four vocational high schools implementing a Quality Assurance System, especially QMS ISO 9001:2008 or QMS ISO 9001:2015. The schools were located in Yogyakarta and Central Java. Research data were collected based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires (instruments), interviews, observations, documentation studies, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The data were analyzed based on the level of achievement of the eight National Education Standards (NES) that had been set in the syllabus. Several findings were obtained. First, schools used four stages: setting the standard, completing the standard, continuous evaluation, and quality improvement. Second, schools have taken correct and appropriate steps in achieving their vision and mission based on the formulated SPMI guidelines. Third, schools have implemented eight NESs standards, including graduates, content, process, educational assessment, educators and education personnel, educational facilities and infrastructure, education management, and financing standards. Fourth, each vocational high school had similarities and differences in strategies and methods in achieving the school's vision and mission. This study has illustrated how the vocational high school conducts the quality assurance for school self-evaluation. Future studies should focus on providing more supports for these school to improve their quality.
