This research was an attempt to design and enhance the Canvas Model Business of nine blocks in one canvas within teaching factory based learning innovation at the Fashion Department of 27 Public Vocational High School, Jakarta. The research method used qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative method, data collection was conducted within a SWOT analysis. This research was conducted in 27 Public Vocational High School, Jakarta, with the respondents were 82 students. The quantitative method with in the matrices of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The result of this research that implementation of the Canvas Model Business: (1) Customer Relationships in strategy 1 was valued of 0.34, was "Increasing product marketing through print and electronic media"; (2) Key Partnership in strategy 2 was valued of 0.31, for "Offering products and having cooperation with several textile producers in Jakarta and outside Jakarta "; (3) Value Propositions in strategy 3 was valued of 0.31, namely "Assuring and improving product quality and adding variant to fashion"; (4) Customer Segment in the strategy 4 was valued of 0.29, entitled "The Development of Out-of-School Fashion Sales"; and (5) Channel on strategy 5 which was valued of 0.27, "Utilizing occasional fashion events to meet market demand".
The aims of this study is to identify and analyze the relationship between school principal visionary leadership and teacher’s self-efficacy toward teacher’s organizational commitment. The study used a survey method. Population of 223 teachers, and a sample of 143 teachers. Data collected by questionnaire technique. Data analyzed with correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the visionary leadership of the head teacher of the school with organizational commitment; 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy with organizational commitment of teachers; and 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the visionary leadership of the principal and teacher self-efficacy simultaneously with organizational commitment of teachers. Its impliaction, the teacher organizational commitment can be enhanced through the visionary leadership of the principal and teacher self-efficacy.
This study aims to develop the continuous professionalism of teachers through the Teaching Clinic at the Muhammadiyah 28 Islamic Elementary School, Jakarta. Continued professionalism requires high self-awareness of teachers to consistently build their profession regardless of educational qualifications, subjects, and levels of education. The research method uses Research Development with the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were teachers of grades I – VI of SD Islam Muhammadiyah 28 Jakarta. The results showed that teachers' need for continuous professional development was very high using a self-management model including self-mastery, self-motivation, self-management, material, and emotions. Further study has discovered that the resulting self-management model is feasible to use. This is shown by expert validation of 87% and practitioner validation of 83.5%. The study hopes to provide a self-management model for fostering continuous professionalism of teachers at SD Islam Muhammadiyah 28 Jakarta through the Teaching Clinic
