Transactions using the Gojek application are considered to be more practical. However, transacting using online applications cannot be separated from the uncertainty felt by consumers and is considered as a perceived risk that will be able to affect the trust and purchase intention of consumers to transact online. The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust and perceived risk on purchase intention. This study uses primary data with a population of students of STIE Tanjungpinang Development users of the Gojek application and a sample of 215 respondents using purposive sampling. The analysis uses SPSS 25. The results show that it has a significant effect on purchase intention, perceived risk has a significant effect on purchase intention, and simultaneously purchase intention is influenced by trust and perceived risk.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work facilities and motivation on teacher performance at SDIT Tunas Ilmu Tanjungpinang. Teacher performance is the ability and effort of teachers to carry out learning tasks as well as possible in planning teaching programs, implementing learning activities and evaluating learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative methods. The research sample used was a saturated sample of 50 people. The data collection technique in this study was to use a 5-point likert scale in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 30 questions. The data analysis method is carried out using the validity test analysis method, reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that work facilities affect teacher performance with a significant level (0.001 < 0.05), and motivation affects teacher performance with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05), the conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of work facilities and motivation together on teacher performance at SDIT Tunas Ilmu Tanjungpinang with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05).
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari adanya turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Swakarya Indah Busana Tanjungpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 154 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji T dan uji koefisien determinasi. Data analisis dengan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT. Swakarya Indah Busana Tanjungpinang. Hasil nilai t hitung (10,762) > t tabel (1,975) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa turnover intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada karyawan. Untuk nilai hasil uji koefisien determinasi besarnya pengaruh turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan Y= 0,6582 x 100% = 43,2 %, persentase sumbangan pengaruh variable independen yaitu turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 43,2%, sedangkan 56,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Selain itu dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa turnover intention dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Swakarya Indah Busana Tanjungpinang berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.
