Efforts to understand the increasing business progress by increasing human resources with digital technology through a systematic review were made. We have carried out with the results, among others, that we have systematically reviewed publications confirming that efforts to increase the capacity of human business resources and public service organizations through optimization of digitalization are the right steps and very reasonable. This is because the effectiveness and superiority of technology to this day are unmatched. We seek to find this understanding with a descriptive qualitative approach review design. We searched secondary sources of data through the Google search engine for two data sources; Google Scholar and ERIC publications. For our data to be updated, we choose between the 2010 to 2020 issues except fundamental theory data. Thus these findings become input for business people, academics, and policymaking.
The main purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the use of the environment as a medium for learning Islamic religious education in Padang Brahrang Village. In detail, the purpose of this study is divided into the following points: First, to find out the concept of using nature as a medium for learning Islamic religious education in Padang Brahrang Village. Second, to describe the implementation of Islamic education by utilizing nature as a medium for learning Islam in Padang Brahrang Village. Third, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in utilizing nature as a medium for PAI learning in Padang Brahrang Village
This research is motivates by the phenomena that writer found from Baintan Anugerah Bersama Company’s financial statements which is shows the fluctuative performance from 2015-2018. Cash flows statement’s also have the fluctuative report’s in positive and negative values that we can analyze about the company’s financial performance. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that give some descriptions about the object of it’s research includes Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement. Data collection technique is from documentary and literature study. Data will analyze by Horizontal Analysis, Vertical Analysis, Cashflows Analysis and Profitability Analysis to measure financial statement’s performance. The result of this research that show us the financial statement’s performance of Baintan Anugerah Bersama company from 2015-2018 is good enough, but still need some evalutions from the management to increase their profitability because the profit margin averages under 2% and it still can increase by pushing their operational costs.
The hospital is a public service building in the health sector located in Palembang. This building consist of 6 TH (sixth) floor with a total building height of ± 28 meters, with code SNI 1726 : 2012, this building is design using dynamic procedures (spectrum response). Based on the result of the SPT (Standard Penetration Test) soil investigation, this building is located on the surface of the silt with a classification of soil sites as SE. The structural system applied to withstand earthquakes in this building uses a Special Momen Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) which basically has full ductility and must be used in high seismic risk zones. The modificationdesign made to this are roofing at elevation + 26 meters, where the initial design using steel structures was modified using reinforced concrete structures, this modification was done to obtain a reinforced concrete structure design with long spans.
The Tanjungpinang Kota District Office is a public organization located in the Tanjungpinang City area. Tanjungpinang Kota sub-district has the task of carrying out the wheels of government and public services at the sub-district level. The achievement of these goals is certainly influenced by the performance of the organization as a whole. As a sub-district located in the City, this is certainly a representation of other sub-districts that researchers are interested in discussing. This study aims to analyze how the performance of the Tanjungpinang City District organization in achieving goals according to the vision and mission. To see the performance of Tanjungpinang City, the researchers looked at various aspects, namely, productivity, responsiveness, service quality, cooperation, resource use and timeliness. The second objective is to describe the factors inhibiting organizational performance in Tanjungpinang Kota District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with reference to the concept of performance indicators coupled with the existing conditions at the research locus. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the organization's performance has been going well, such as the indicators of productivity, responsiveness, service quality, cooperation and timeliness. The indicators that still have obstacles are human resources and infrastructure.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari adanya turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Swakarya Indah Busana Tanjungpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 154 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji T dan uji koefisien determinasi. Data analisis dengan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT. Swakarya Indah Busana Tanjungpinang. Hasil nilai t hitung (10,762) > t tabel (1,975) dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa turnover intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada karyawan. Untuk nilai hasil uji koefisien determinasi besarnya pengaruh turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan Y= 0,6582 x 100% = 43,2 %, persentase sumbangan pengaruh variable independen yaitu turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 43,2%, sedangkan 56,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Selain itu dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa turnover intention dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Swakarya Indah Busana Tanjungpinang berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.
