Subject. This article discusses the development of a competitive education system in the Chechen Republic as a necessary condition for the integration of the Republic into a single socioeconomic space of Russia. Objectives. The article aims to develop proposals for improving the quality of educational services in preschool educational institutions of the Chechen Republic. Methods. For the study, we used the statistical analysis method. Results. The article tells of the fast-moving improvement of the main system features of preschool education in the Chechen Republic for the period from 2001 to 2021 due to the implementation of programmes for the restoration and development of the social sphere of the region. Conclusions. The issue of training teachers for preschool educational institutions in the Chechen Republic is of utmost importance.
Subject. This article discusses the role of the educational system in the integration of the Chechen Republic into a single economic space of Russia. Objectives. The article aims to compare the North Caucasian Federal District regions according to various parameters reflecting the level of development of the educational system. Methods. For the study, we used the comparative analysis methods. Results. The article finds that within the period from 2001 through 2021, thanks to the implementation of programmes for the restoration and development of the social sphere of the Chechen Republic, the number of educational institutions in the region increased, and the proportion of those who received a certificate of basic general education in the total number of students increased. Conclusions. The active participation of the Chechen Republic in the implementation of State federal programmes and national projects should be supported. It is necessary to develop a set of measures aimed at improving the teaching profession status.
Subject. This article discusses and analyzes regional projects to be implemented in the Chechen Republic for the period 2019–2024. Objectives. The article aims to develop a set of proposals aimed at improving the competitiveness of the Republic's economy. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of systems and statistical analyses. Results. The article describes the role of regional projects in the development of the socio-economic sphere of the Chechen Republic and proposes a set of measures the implementation of which will help shape a competitive economy in the Republic. Conclusions. Regional project objectives and indicators need to be better defined. Regional projects are elements of national projects designed to contribute to a breakthrough in the scientific, technological and socio-economic development of the Russian Federation.
Subject. The article addresses the standard of living of the population in the Chechen Republic during 2010–2019. Objectives. We focus on developing a set of substantiated proposals for the agents of the State regional and socio-economic policy in the Chechen Republic, aimed at increasing the level of development and competitiveness of the region's economy. Methods. The paper employs the systems analysis, general scientific and economic-statistical research methods. Results. The study shows that the standard of living of the population in the Chechen Republic in 2010–2018 improved at a faster pace than in other subjects, included in the analysis. We demonstrate that high growth rates of the standard of living during the period under study have been achieved, first of all, due to the effectiveness of all development programs implemented in the region. Based on the performed analysis, we offer a set of reasonable measures for the agents of socio-economic policy in the Chechen Republic, enabling to create an effective competitive economy in the Republic within the foreseeable future. Conclusions. To improve the standard of living in the Chechen Republic to the average Russia’s level in the foreseeable future, the conductors of the State regional policy should solve specific tasks. It will also enable the Chechen Republic to fully and on a mutually beneficial basis integrate into the single socio-economic space of the country and world economic processes.
Subject. The article addresses housing conditions of the population of the Chechen Republic from 2002 to 2021. Objectives. The purpose is to assess trends in the real level of housing provision for the population of the region, the quantity and quality of housing and communal services provided, prospects for housing development, and to identify problems in housing development and their solutions. Methods. The study draws on comparative analysis, general scientific, economic-statistical methods of research. Results. During the period under review, housing problems in the Chechen Republic were solved successfully and consistently. We established the extent of increase in housing provision, the increase in the number of services provided and their coverage of housing stock of the Republic. The paper identifies existing problems and potential opportunities for their solution. Conclusions. The situation with housing conditions during the period of restoration work on the territory of the Chechen Republic improved dramatically. At the same time, during the period under study, the Chechen Republic occupied one of the last places in terms of housing provision among the subjects of the Russian Federation. It is necessary to substantiate and defend the required budgetary funds when communicating with the federal executive authorities and representatives of the federal budget for the housing conditions in the Republic in the foreseeable future to be not lower than the level of the social norm of living space per person.
