Emotional development is increasingly understood as a crisis in the development of children. From the early development period, babies show a sense of security in their families if their needs are met by their environment. Babies will explore through touch and rasal. The learning process at this time will influence the development at a later stage. Early age is also called the golden development stage (golden ege). At this stage most brain cells function as controllers of each activity. By paying attention and understanding the emotions of children, can help teachers accelerate the learning process that is meaningful and permanent. The ability of early childhood to manage emotions is part of the maturation of emotional development of children in the transition from preoperative to concrete operational period. The ability of early childhood to manage their own emotions can be seen from the dimension of children's ability to use their emotions positive.
Early childhood education, which is the foundation for education, should be done holistically. It is hoped that all aspects of development in children are optimally stimulated. Emotional intelligence is responsible for self-esteem, self-awareness, social sensitivity and social adaptability. If you have high emotional sensitivity, you will be able to understand the various feelings that arise and be able to recognize yourself. Emotional intelligence is a form of ability possessed by a person so that he can know himself and others and can put himself in other people's situations and the environment proportionally. This study aims to describe the mitigation-based MDMC enlightenment da'wah in handling the impact of the pandemic, especially providing psychological assistance to the COVID-19 survivors' community. Research data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. All data obtained were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman paradigm. The results showed that Muhammadiyah first carried out mitigation-based enlightenment da'wah through various social activities by providing public awareness in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. Second, da'wah based on a mitigation approach was carried out by the Southeast Sulawesi MDMC, with three approaches, an oral approach, brochures, and social media. The bil hal or bi al-amal approach was carried out through measured and planned actions, such as spraying disinfectants, distributing masks, sharing food, and providing scholarships to survivors. Third, the enlightenment da'wah based on the mitigation movement conducted by MDMC was inclusive and universally humanitarian oriented. This activity has proven to improve the psychological condition of the COVID-19 survivors. The pandemic period requires physical distancing, but social attachment must be solid because caring for each other can reduce stress levels and make the body's immune stronger.
Measuring teacher performance is an important part of the educational management control process, both public and private education organizations. However, because the nature and characteristics of public education sector organizations differ from those of the private sector, such performance must be measured and reported in the form of a performance report. There are also differences in the emphasis and orientation of performance measurement. The objectives of the performance appraisal in the public sector are: Knowing the level of achievement of educational organizational goals, providing learning facilities for educational personnel, improving the performance of education personnel for the next period, providing systematic consideration in making decisions about giving rewards and punishments to educational personnel, motivating educational staff, creating accountability for educational organizations.
