<div class="WordSection1"><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan <strong> </strong>untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan unsur intrinsik dari novel Dilan 1990 karya Pidi Baiq dan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan perbandingan hasil unsur intrinsik novel Dilan 1990 pada film Dilan 1990 dengan melihat aspek yang diperhatikan dalam proses ekranisasi seperti penciutan, penambahan dan perubahan bervareasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini ialah novel Dilan 1990 dan film Dilan 1990. Fokus penelitian ini pada unsur intrinsik dan perbandingan hasil ekranisasi tema, alur, tokoh, latar dan gaya bahasa. Instrument penelitian menggunakan tabel perbandingan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perbandingan hasil ekranisasi unsur intrinsik novel dan film Dilan 1990. Untuk kategori aspek penciutan alur sebanyak 26 yang dihilangkan, kategori penambahan alur sebanyak 9 dan perubahan pada alur sebanyak 8 perubahan.</p><p>Kata Kunci : Perbandingan, Unsur Intrinsik, Novel, Film<em> </em><em></em></p></div>
Research on this development was intended to produce device learning of a syllabus, lesson plans, sheets of students activity, book students, and tests the ability of think critically students on subjects science class grade 5 second semester. The kind of research this namely research the development of which reference on the model 4D, with stage define, design, development and disseminate. Subject research is the primary school grade 5. Research instruments composed of sheets assessment validity syllabus, lesson plans, sheets of students activity, book students, and tests the ability of think critically. Based on the results they actually obtained (1) syllabus developed valid with a value of 4.10 criteria perfectly valid (2) lesson plans developed valid with a value of 4,25 criteria perfectly valid (3) sheets of students activity developed valid with a value of 4.3 criteria perfectly valid (4) books students who developed valid with a value of 4,25 criteria perfectly valid (5) tests the ability of think critically developed valid with a value of 4.45 criteria perfectly valid. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model 4D, dengan tahapan Define, Design, Development dan Disseminate. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi SD kelas V. Instrumen dalam penelitian terdiri dari lembar penilaian validitas silabus, RPP, LKS, buku siswa, dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian diperoleh (1) silabus yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,10 dengan kriteria sangat valid. (2) RPP yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,25 dengan kriteria sangat valid. (3) LKS yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,3 dengan kriteria sangat valid. (4) Buku siswa yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,25 dengan kriteria sangat valid. (5) tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,45 dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil penelitian untuk tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa diperoleh presentase ketuntasan prestasi 96,83% dengan nilai rata-rata 80.Kata Kunci: Perangkat pembelajaran, brainstorming, kemampuan berpikir kritis.

The results of research tests the ability to think critically students obtained the percentage completion of achievement 92,25% the average value of 78. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian diperoleh (1) silabus yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,25 dengan kriteria sangat valid. (2) RPP yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,15 dengan kriteria sangat valid. (3) LKS yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,4 dengan kriteria sangat valid. (4) Buku siswa yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,45 dengan kriteria sangat valid. (5) tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang dikembangkan valid dengan nilai 4,25 dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil penelitian keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran dengan total seluruh pertemuan menghasilkan rata-rata = 4,6 dengan kategori baik sekali. Hasil penelitian untuk tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa diperoleh presentase ketuntasan prestasi 92,25% dengan nilai rata-rata 78. Kata Kunci : Perangkat Pembelajaran, metode brainstorming, kemampuan berpikir kritis.
Along with the current progress and development of the Kendari Resort Police to maximize knowledge and build an effective organizational culture in order to create better work results and quality of personnel work, so that the existence of Bhabinkamtibmas personnel in the midst of society can create security and order in the jurisdiction of the Kendari Resort Police.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Knowledge Management and organizational culture on the performance of members of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas. The population of this study was all members of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas of 80 people and all of them were sampled. The analytical tool used is partial least square with the Smart PLS program version 3.0 while the data collection method used questionnaires, documentation and interviews.Based on the results of the study it was concluded that: (1) knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas (2) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on performance of the Kendari District Police Bhabinkamtibmas.
