This research aims to prove that Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) magnetic field radiation can be used in the process of milkfish preservation. The sampling consists of three groups, the first group is exposed by ELF magnetic field of 750 μT, the second group is exposed by ELF magnetic field of 900 μT, and these groups are exposed in 2x 30 minutes and 2x 45 minutes. The third group is the control, which does not need to be exposed by the ELF magnetic field. The research finding shows that the ELF magnetic field radiation exposure of 730-μT intensity during 2x30 minutes in the fresh milkfish has been proven to reduce bacterial growth up to 73% and the exposure of 880μT ELF magnetic field radiation can reduce the bacterial growth up to 62% in the fifth hour after the exposure than the control. Meanwhile, the ELF magnetic field exposure by the intensity of 730μT or 880μT during 2 x 45 minutes significantly shows the stability of bacteria number than the control. Therefore, the ELF magnetic field radiation in more than 700μT intensity in 2 x 30 minutes has the potential to be applied in the process of milkfish preservation.
This research aimed to describe the ability level of scientific work skills and find out an increase in the students’ ability of scientific work skills when using crocodile physics simulation media. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 35 students of class X MIPA 2 of SMAN Jenggawah. Data collection tools used in the form of the results of the assessment of practicum worksheets 1 definition of momentum and practice worksheets 2 of the law of conservation of momentum. Based on the results of research conducted obtained; first, the ability of students’ scientific work skills when using crocodile physics simulation media shows that students are highly skilled in formulating problems, formulating hypotheses and communicating data. Students have skilled abilities in applying concepts, formulate variables and define operational variables. Whereas the indicators analyze the data and make conclusions having sufficient skilled enough. Second, there is an increase in the ability of students’ scientific work skills from practicum 1 to practicum 2 when using crocodile physics simulation media on all indicators. For indicators to formulate variables and analyze data based on trendline lines in microsoft excel in the form of slope lines or gradients between the two graphs there is a relatively small increase in ability.
In general some operators in quantum mechanics are not commutable, which means the measurement of two or more operators can’t be done simultaneously. Angular momentum operator and Hamiltonian are examples of operators that can only be measured using a mathematical approach in the form of a commutation relationship. Based on the fifth postulate of quantum mechanics about a constant of motion, if an operator commute with Hamiltonian operator then the operator is a constant of motion. This study was conducted to examine the commutation of the angular momentum operators to the Hamiltonian operator. The commutation of the angular momentum operators L ^ x , L ^ y , L ^ z , L ^ + , and L ^ − to the Hamiltonian operator shows that the operators are commute because the values are zero. Otherwise, the results of the component quadratic angular momentum operators commutator L ^ x 2 , L ^ y 2 , L ^ z 2 , L ^ 2 , L + 2 and L − 2 against Hamiltonian operator show that the operators aren’t commute with the Hamiltonian operator because the values are not zero. Based on the results of the commutation relation indicate that the angular momentum operators are the constant of motion otherwise the quadratic angular operator are not the constant of motion.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
