The aim of the research is to present coordination as the main factor of human proprioception. In this idea, coordination is
addressed in the football game of children aged 10-12 through specific tests. Experimental pedagogy took place within a sports
club from Braşov city to the age group of 10-12 years, practicing the football game. Through the three tests specifically used in the
research, a correlation between football co-ordination (component of proprioception) and the specific football-specific coordination
skill (skill) was attempted. The pedagogical experiment included two initial and final tests, through which the subjects were
evaluated at three specific control samples adapted to their age. The tasks pursued in the pedagogical experiment, through the three
specific tests, focused on the registration of specific indicators of the fieldless ball movement on the one hand, and on the other
hand specific aspects of the ball biomechanics, the basic condition of the manifestation of the specific technique of the subjects in
the football game. At the end of the scientific research, we validated the experimental hypothesis through the conclusions
formulated. This has demonstrated the existence of a direct correlation between the level of subject coordination and the specific
skill gaming indices resulting from the applied tests.
The main purpose of study was to gain more comprehensive information about the influence of body mass of water level on some cardiovascular and urinary parameters for the student athletes. Cardiovascular and urinary parameters analysis does not reflect the significant differences between the two samples, but most parameters do not fit into the normal reference values.
The topic of the research is part of the sphere of interest of the specialists in the field, dealing with one of the most important aspects within the training process of footballers aged 10-12 years. The importance of this study is represented by the use of specially selected software for the purpose of optimizing biomechanics in the game of football. The objectives of the research are aimed at optimizing the biomechanics of kicking the ball at the age of 10-12 years by means of three basic procedures. Within the research were used the method of studying the specialized literature, the method of pedagogical experiment, the method of graphic representation, the statistical method – mathematics. Within the pedagogical experiment method, a series of tests were applied specially designed for the investigation of the components of proprioception, which have a basic role in optimizing the biomechanics of hitting the ball in the game of football. Following the analysis and interpretation of the results, it was found the validity of the research hypothesis through the progress made by the research subjects at the final testing compared to the initial one. The conclusions of the research recommend the validated experimental model within the method of training of children aged 10-12 years for the optimization of the biomechanics of kicking the ball.
The study on proprioception in football game aims to present and demonstrate the importance of proprioception in performance sports, but especially in football game, for the age group 10-12 years. Proprioception helps to raise awareness of the position and movement of the joints at every moment as shown by the bibliographic sources presented in the article. The experiment on football players with age between 10 and 12, emphasizes the importance of proprioception in their sports development. The automation of strengthen movements through proprioceptive training leads to the alternation of muscle contraction and relaxation, improvement of steady state, maintenance of posture with limited support, increased attention and the response of the neuromotor system to external stimuli. Applying the test for precision adaptation in kicking the ball and hitting it with the head substantiaes the working hypothesis and confirms by its results the correctness of the experimental activity.
The present study aims to apply a questionnaire to the students of the Air Force Academy "Henri Coandă", in Brasov, with the main objective
of researching the students' perceptions regarding the ethical and academic rules in Physical Education classes. A number of 100 students were interviewed and answered 15 items concerning the main aspects related to the operational framework in which specific activities were carried out in Physical Education classes.
