The aim of the research is to present coordination as the main factor of human proprioception. In this idea, coordination is addressed in the football game of children aged 10-12 through specific tests. Experimental pedagogy took place within a sports club from Braşov city to the age group of 10-12 years, practicing the football game. Through the three tests specifically used in the research, a correlation between football co-ordination (component of proprioception) and the specific football-specific coordination skill (skill) was attempted. The pedagogical experiment included two initial and final tests, through which the subjects were evaluated at three specific control samples adapted to their age. The tasks pursued in the pedagogical experiment, through the three specific tests, focused on the registration of specific indicators of the fieldless ball movement on the one hand, and on the other hand specific aspects of the ball biomechanics, the basic condition of the manifestation of the specific technique of the subjects in the football game. At the end of the scientific research, we validated the experimental hypothesis through the conclusions formulated. This has demonstrated the existence of a direct correlation between the level of subject coordination and the specific skill gaming indices resulting from the applied tests.
Undoubtedly, technological developments in modern society have accelerated since the COVID-19 epidemic. When social distancing was required, technology and the Internet made it easier for adults and children to communicate. Nevertheless, it is generally recognized that social isolation can result in social network addiction. Consequently, family ties including those between parents and children evolved, as parents tried to blend their jobs and personal lives while also becoming teachers, babysitters, and playdate hosts. No studies have looked at how the lockdown has affected these relationships. Therefore, the current study aims to investigate how parenting, media consumption, and the use of constant technology can affect parent–child relationships. Toward this aim, a structural equation model (SEM) incorporating three parenting styles (permissive, authoritative, neglectful, and authoritarian) was then run. The model displayed excellent fit for adoption. Technology use was thusly predicted by the interaction between parents and children, which successively predicted the relationship between children and school. Hence, a positive relationship between permissive parenting style and family relationships with technology emerged. The new study helps us understand how family relationships, as well as technology and education attitudes, have changed through time.
Physical education and sport represents activities of national interest, with a high role in: strengthening health and physically developing a harmonious young generation. The present paper presents a study regarding the importance of the somatoscopic and somatometric exam in finding physical deficiencies to children in primary learning system. The main purpose of the didactical experiment is arguing that fact that the prevention of physical deficiencies in small children can be done within physical education and sport activities, with the help of certain special programs of physical exercises that can lead to validating solutions in finding physical deficiencies. In doing so, we have implemented within the physical education classes a program of physical exercises to prevent eventual physical deficiencies in children of the primary learning system. The experimental lot size has accomplished significant improvement quotas, which indicates the research hypothesis has been confirmed.
(1) Background: Applying medical procedures to keep track of athletes’ metabolic health is a well-known behavior for increasing sports performance. This study’s primary goal was to examine whether implementing a health-screening routine using invasive and non-invasive methods in a mountain running training program can increase sports performance by obtaining a better rank in specific races. (2) Methods: Seven male mountain runners with good results at the international level participated in the research, which featured an initial and a final test. The initial test took place in March at the beginning of the competitive season, and the final test took place in September at the end of the annual training plan in 2021. The entire experiment used invasive tests, such as taking blood samples to perform blood biochemistry analysis, and non-invasive tests, such as mountain running races, determinations of VO2max, EKGs, urine biochemistry and NeuroTracker tests. (3) Results: Comparing the initial test with the final one from a statistical point of view, a significant improvement was found in the final test regarding the obtained results in most tests and, most importantly, the occupied position in the final general rank (p = 0.005). The main variations after effort were decreased Ca++ and increased Cl−, a low TGL level if the diet was inadequate, increased LDH and CPK strongly correlated with the skeletal muscle response, and only physiological changes were found in the EKG and urine summary. (4) Conclusions: The invasive and non-invasive tests applied in this study provided crucial information on the athletes’ health statuses, enabling the coach to adjust the training program in light of the findings in order to improve sports performance and avoid overexertion.
