“…Most of the studies have shown that the results of the biorhythm theory can be used to improve people’s athletic performance, individual’s athletic performance depends on many factors, if the coaches or those who are in contact with the athletes are aware of the days when individuals are in the positive zone, the negative zone, or the key days of the body cycle, they can be more effective in making precise and appropriate scheduling of the exercises used for the physical aspects of exercise, which can help to improve the performance of the exercise as well as preventing the injuries of the exercise ( Zareian et al, 2014 ).
