Introduction: Sexual risk behavior is mostly conducted by adolescents when the puberty started. The motivations underlies such behavior are varied including those related to individual, peers, family, and the environment. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the factors that affect adolescent’s reproductive health behavior.Methods: This study used qualitative method with purposive sampling on high risk and low risk adolescents. Exploration was conducted in accordance with several behavior theories such as Ecological Model of Health Behavior, Problem Behavior Theory and Integrated Behavior Model. Data collection was conducted by in-depth interviews in 2018 at Banyumas District. The results of the interviews were then analyzed by content analysis technique. Results: According to the results of content analysis, we found that reproductive behavior among adolescents was affected by two broad categories of factors namely individual internal factors and external factors. Individual internal factors were including age related risk, self-helplessness, knowledge, attitude, perceived norm, and lifestyle. External factors were determined by negative influence of peers, family, and environment risk. Peers, family, lifestyle and external factors seemed to influence personal values which could act as risk factor or protective factor depending on the nature of those factors involved. Conclusion: This research revealed that reproductive health behavior among adolescents was influenced by multiple factors that interact with one another.Â
<p>Dokumentasi merupakan bagian penting dari praktik keperawatan sebagai bentuk komunikasi efektif antar tenaga kesehatan professional lainnya. Proses pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dirumah sakit dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan rumah sakit dan dari faktor perawat. Faktor dari rumah sakit mencakupi bahasa, format dokumentasi, cara mengkomunikasikan proses dokumentasi serta kebijakan rumah sakit terhadap standar proses dokumentasi, sedangkan faktor dari perawat dapat berupa motivasi dari atasan dan perilaku perawat sendiri dalam mendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode studi cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di instalasi rawat inap di RSUD Wates Kulon progo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini perawat yang melakukan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan sebanyak 71 sampel cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner motivasi dan checklist observasi dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengolah data menggunakan analisis uji alternatif Fisher’s. Hasil Penelitian responden dalam penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa terdapat sebagian besar perawat memiliki motivasi dengan kategori tinggi yaitu sejumlah 48 orang (67,6%) dan yang memiliki kategori sedang sebanyak 23 orang (32,4%). Perilaku perawat berada pada kategori baik berjumlah 63 orang (88,7%), dan kategori perilaku kurang berjumlah 5 orang (11,3%). Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji alternatif Fisher’s didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,012 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan perilaku perawat dalam mendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Wates Kulon Progo.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Motivasi; Perilaku; Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan</p>
Introduction: Mobility impairment is a problem in the older adults who have decreased in mobility as it may affect their daily activity. The development of a detection model to identify the problem of mobility impairment in older adults has become a solution that can increase the health care for older adults. This study aimed to develop a health detection instrument models using a mobile health nursing application to detect mobility impairment in older adults.Methods: This study used action research through a purposive sampling method involving three nurses and twenty-seven cadres to perform the detection process of mobility impairment focused on one hundred and seventy-five older adults in three public health centers in two provinces using an m-health application.Results: Based on direct observation and questionnaires addressed to the user of the m-health nursing application, 80% stated that the information contained in the mobile health nursing application was appropriate. In terms of speed, only 43.33% stated that the application worked fast, but overall, 66.67% of users stated that they were delighted with the application-based of the instrument model and that they were helped in detecting the mobility disorders that occurred in the older adults.Conclusion: These applications can be developed into a model that can help nurses, older adults and their family to detect other older adult problems in addition to mobility problems like cognitive function etc.
Background: Children will experience puberty at the age of 9-15 years, influenced by several factors. Various changes require children to be ready to face them. Teachers carry out preparations, especially those who teach in elementary schools.Objective: This research is qualitative research that aims to explore the preparation made by teachers in preparing for puberty. A total of nine Islamic-based school teachers were interviewed at their schools.Methods: In-depth interviews were conducted using structured open questions. The analysis employed Van Manen’s method.Result: This study raised three themes: the teacher's perception of student development, how the teacher prepares for puberty, and the problems faced in educating children to face puberty.Conclusion: it is necessary to develop a model that can prepare children to enter puberty.
This study aims to determine differences in job satisfactionof nurses in three rooms with a nursing care delivery system by themethod of PNPM, Preparation and non PNPM PNPM GrhasiaHospital Yogyakarta. The method used was a cross sectional studywith comparative descriptive approach. The results show that nursesat PNPM is largely at the level of job satisfaction is high (77.78%).Meanwhile, in the preparation of non-PNPM PNPM and 100% ofnurses are in high satisfaction rates. The statistical results showed nodifference in job satisfaction between PNPM, PNPM preparation,and non PNPM.
