Determine Differences in The Normal Foot and Flat Foot Against Static Balance in Children Aged 9-12 Years in SD Negeri Mojolegi, Teras, Boyolali. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the normal foot and flat foot against static balance in children aged 9-12 years. A number of 60 healthy subjects were divided into two groups. Each group were 30 people. Group I is the group with normal arches condition and the second group is a flat foot arch condition. Location of this study was Mojolegi elementary school, Teras, Boyolali and was used the measuring tool Wet Test and One Legged Stance Test. This study was a cross sectional nonexperimental design. Each group were tested the normality of the data by the KolmogorovSmirnov. Analytic test in Group I and II showed that the value of p> 0.05, distribution of data were normal. Both groups were tested by Independent T Test, then the result showed p <0.05, there were significant differences between the normal arch and flatfoot arch condition in maintaining static equilibrium position.
: AMPnoPRO, AMPPRO, Transfemoral Prosthesis, Mobility Level. Transfemoral amputation is the amputation of the limbs that is performed between the hips and knees This amputation is a state that affects the patient's unthinking life. The loss of the limb causes disruption of lower limb function, thus indirectly disturbing its mobility. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Prosthesis on the level of mobility ability of transfemoral amputation patient. The Amputee Mobility Predictor (AMP) study on improving mobility of transfemoral prosthesis users using one-pretest and post-test group design studies, one group pretest-postes design including preexperiments. This study used a cross-sectional approach. In this design is done pretes to know the condition of the beginning of the subject before being treated so that researchers can know the condition of the subject studied before or after being treated which results can be compared or seen changes. Nine Subjects aged between 17-27 years, Using unilateral transfemoral prosthesis, muscle strength stump≥4, Normal joint motion scope. From wilcoxon statistic test obtained t = -2.687 with p = 0.007, because p <0,05, it can be concluded "there is influence of transfemoral prosthesis to the level of mobility ability in transfemoral amputation patient". The prosthesis has a higher level of mobility than the mobility level with other tools. The difference in functional level of other mobility aids (ABM) is level k-2 whereas the level of prosthesis is k-3 level.
Background: cerebral palsy is a non-progressive motor disorder that causes limited activity, paralysis, inability to control motion and is often accompanied by cognitive impairment or visual deficits.Children who experience cerebral palsy will definitely have limitations in the process of mobility. To help limitation of activity that occurs in children with cerebral palsy, ankle foot orthosis is used. Ankle foot orthosis is expected to help the patient in performing his activities at all times to give effect on the walking speed. In this research, actions performed by taking data before and after using dynamic ankle foot orthosis. Purpose of this research to determine the effect of the use of dynamic ankle foot orthosis on walking speed in children with cerebral palsy ". Methods: This type of research is quasi experimental pre and post test design. The subjects used were spastic cerebral palsy spherical patients in the Pediatric & Neurodevelopmental Therapy Center (PNTC) who had determined the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Number of subjects 15 people. Result: This research is based on data analysis result that wilcoxon test value got p = 0,001 (p <0,05). Conclusion: This result indicates that there is an effect of the use of ankle foot orthosis dynamic on road speed in children with cerebral palsy.
: Drop Foot, AFO Fleksibel, AFO Jointed Plantar Stop, Walking Speed, CVA. Research Objectives To determine whether there is a difference in the use of AFO Flexible and AFO Jointed Plantar Stop against the walking speed of someone who has drop foot because of CVA. The experimental quasy research method used two group pre and post test design approach. The study population was patients who had drop foot because of CVA. Statistical test result with paired t test at Flexible AFO user group walking speed shows p value 0,000 <0,05 so there is Flexible AFO effect to different speed of walking in drop foot sufferer. Result of statistical test with paired t test at walk time of user group of AFO Jointed Plantar Stop shows p value 0,000 <0,05 so there is influence of AFO Jointed Plantar Stop to difference of walking time in patient of drop foot. Statistical test results with paired t test at the walking speed of AFO Jointed Plantar Stop user group showed p value 0,000 <0,05 so that there is influence of AFO Jointed Plantar Stop to difference of walking speed in drop foot sufferer. The result of statistical test with paired t test at walk time of AFO Flexible user group with AFO Jointed Plantar Stop shows p value 0,013 <0,05 so there is time difference walking using AFO Flexible with AFO Jointed Plantar Stop on walking time in drop foot sufferer. The result of statistical test with paired t test at Flexible AFO user group speed with AFO Jointed Plantar Stop shows p value 0,012 <0,05 so there is difference of walking speed using AFO Flexible with AFO Jointed Plantar Stop to walking speed at patient of foot foot.Dengan Conclusion The use of AFO Flexible has a better walkspeed effect compared to the use of AFO Jointed plantar stop with an average difference of 0.010
The focus of this research is the implementation of community-based education (PBM) in PKBM Hangtuah and PKBM Sari with research subfokus: (1) Understanding of institution leadership on PBM; (2) Implementation of planning process, organizing, leading and controlling curriculum in PKBM studied; (3) The way of institution leadership in ensuring all PKBM learning activities to be run in accordance with the work program (running a smooth ship). This research uses a qualitative approach where researchers describe the phenomena obtained during the research on the implementation of PBM in PKBM studied. Data collection techniques used include (1) interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation study. As for techniques to check the validity of the data using triangulation data. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusion. The conclusion of this study are (1) Understanding PKBM leaders Hangtuah and PKBM Sari pertained good to PBM. The leaders of both institutions understand the concept of PKBM established from, by and for the community, knowing operational guidelines for the implementation of PKBM and has conducted the management of PKBM in accordance with the technical guidelines, knowing the technical service program and the obligations of PKBM and knowing the community needs around PKBM; (2) The leaders of both institutions have done a good planning, organizing, leading and controlling process. In the process of planning, the leaders of both institutions have set goals but do not include all the existing stakeholders, have institutional development strategies, although they are incomplete, and have job descriptions and schedule of PKBM activities. In the organizing process, both leaders of PKBM institutions have been managing in accordance with their vision and mission, determining strategies and targets that include the outcome criteria, quality and time constraints even though the document on this matter is not fully owned, and holds an internal meeting of the agency to carry out the review this is not done routinely. In the process of controlling, the leaders of both institutions often control the activities of the agencies in the field, often check the conditions in the field and explore information about the course of an activity to know the weaknesses and mistakes in the field, directly reprimand and make corrections to the mistakes that occur and provide input and warning to tutors and residents learn. (3) The leaders of both institutions have ensured that all learning activities work well through observation and direct action to the field and by communicating with staff, study residents and tutors consistently from time to time, rarely assessing tutors or teachers, assessment is done, it is well documented, has supervision in the academic field but this is not done regularly or consistently, PKBM Hangtuah leadership has conducted supervision in the field of lifeskills consistently by joining the field during the event held, while the leadership PKBM Sari do not do it consistently.
