Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya sekolah yang sudah menerapkan pendidikan inklusi, namun masih memberikan penanganan atau pelayananan yang masih bersifat umum terhadap siswa inklusi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan inklusi dalam proses pembelajaran dan penanganan guru terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus SDN Barusari 01 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah dan empat guru kelas. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menangani langsung pelaksanaan pendidikan. Penanganan yang diberikan sudah baik seperti pemberian respon dan perhatian khusus terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus.
Kemampuan berliterasi siswa berkaitan erat dengan tuntutan keterampilan membaca yang berujung pada kemampuan memahami informasi secara analitis dan kritis serta diperlukannya penguasaan keterampilan yang berupa literasi dasar. Penelitian deskripsi kualitatif menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian mengambil subyek 4 kelas dengan sampel yang diambil dari siswa kelas tinggi beserta guru kelas tinggi SD N Kandang Panjang 10 Pekalongan diolah dengan secara triangulasi data. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolak (GLS) diketahui dari hasil pengisi angket oleh seluruh siswa kelas tinggi di SD N Kandang Panjang 10 Pekalongan pada tahap pembiasaan (55,8%) pada kategori baik. Kriteria tahapan pembelajaran pada kategori baik (72,92%). Sarana dan prasarana yang cukup memadai dengan adaya pojok baca disetiap ruang kelas dengan koleksi buku yang bervariasi, koridor sekolah terdapat poster, serta tersedia mading untuk meletakkan hasil karya tulis siswa.
Brain Gym to maximalise the potensial of the young children in Himpaudi Kecamatan Tembalang is a kind of workshop given to the teachers in order to implement Brain Gym so as to overcome the learning problems of the young children. The materials that are given to the teachers are about how to understand about the concept of Brain Gym, the theories of Brain Gym, the practice of the Brain Gym that is able to give great contribution to overcome the students?óÔé¼Ôäó learning problems. The movement of Brain Gym consists of 26 movements. Brain Gym covers three areas of brain dimention, those are literary, focus, and centralisation. The first part of brain dimention is related to the dimension of left and right brain that has relation with the ability of communication. The second part of brain dimension is related to front and back dimension of the brain that relate to the stem of the brain and it has correlation with the ability of concentration, understanding and interpretation. The last dimension of brain is related to centralisation that has relation with up and down part of the middle part of the brain. It relates to the capability of arranging and organizing something. With the implementation of IbM Brain Gym, it is hoped that the teachers in Himpaudi Kecamatan Tembalang Semarang are proactive enough to implement this kind of gym so as to anticipate and to overcome the learning problems of the students.Key Words: Brain-Gym, Three Dimension of Brain, Literary, Focus, CentralisationAbstrakIpteks yang akan ditransfer kepada HIMPAUDI Kecamatan Tembalang Semarang adalah pelatihan konsep dasar dan teori Brain-Gym. Pelatihan Brain-Gym sangat besar manfaatnya untuk mengatasi problem belajar anak. Senam otak ini terdiri dari 26 gerakan. Brain-Gym atau senam otak meliputi tiga dimensi otak yang utama yaitu lateralitas, fokus, dan pemusatan. Dimensi otak yang pertama yaitu lateralitas terkait dengan dimensi otak kiri dan kanan yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan komunikasi. Dimensi otak yang kedua adalah fokus, terkait dimensi muka-belakang dengan melibatkan batang otak yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan konsentrasi, mengerti, dan memahami. Dimensi otak yang terakhir adalah pemusatan, terkait dimensi atas-bawah dengan melibatkan otak tengah yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan mengatur dan mengorganisasikan sesuatu. Melalui Brain-Gym untuk guru Himpaudi Kecamatan Tembalang, diharapkan para guru dapat menerapkan senam otak ini sebagai bagian dari program kegiatan sekolah yang harus dilaksanakan pada tiap minggunya sebagai bagian dari pelajaran olah raga, sehingga manfaatnya tidak hanya untuk kebugaran siswa tetapi secara tidak langsung juga memberikan manfaat untuk mengatasi problem belajar anak.Kata Kunci: Brain-Gym, Tiga Dimensi Otak, Lateralitas, Fokus, Pemusatan
Language and Mathematics are both skills and knowledge that need to master well so that it can be the provision for students' future life when mingling with the community or society. Because of that the integration of teaching both language and Mathematics in bilingual Math learning will give many benefits to the students. They will learn not only how to interact with others by improving their communication skills but also how to develop their Math concepts and skills. Moreover students will also get lots of advantages by learning Mathematics bilingually. This study aimed to find out the development of the students' English for Math ability in numbers and number sense in which the process of teaching learning is equipped with teaching aids based on local wisdom. The participants were 30 kindergarten students. The study used descriptive qualitative method and the results revealed that the teaching learning activities with teaching aids designed based on local wisdom have a significant effect on the development of both kindergarten students' performance in English for Math activities and their love toward the local products found in their surrounding environment.
Political education as a means of political socialization is certainly needed in an effort to improve the democracy quality. Political education can be carried out through political socialization and a process of transforming political values from society to individuals. Political education aims to increase public knowledge so that they can participate optimally in the political system. In accordance with the understanding of people sovereignty or democracy, people must be able to participate. Civic engagement is defined as collective and individual action taken to identify and demonstrate the relevance of general issues. To realize civic engagement, political knowledge and political information are needed. Civic engagement is synonymous with civic participation in which citizens participate in making policy. Civic engagement requires the citizens' engagement in policy making and other political activities for strengthening democracy. This study discusses political education, civic engagement and strategies or models in political education by all parties. This research is conducted by using an explanatory approach, and the finding shows that one of the most widely used and effective models in the implementation of political education is the extension model, religion recitation with the involvement of community leaders who have an interest in political activities.
Students have characteristics in understanding the ability to understand and obtain different information. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of the description of the learning style profile of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 01 Semarang City. This method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research strategy used was observation sheets by distributing questionnaires based on learning styles, visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 01 were more dominant with a visual learning style, obtaining a percentage of 46.63%. This indicates that most students better understand information with their sense of sight, such as seeing pictures and learning video animations. Next is the kinesthetic learning style of 28.67% by processing physical and mental information to move, and the auditory learning style of 25.00% by gaining understanding by listening. This learning style facilitates the needs of diverse students in differentiated learning. Learning style profiles in differentiated learning provide learning readiness, interests, and things each student likes. With differentiated learning, all the needs of students can be accommodated according to each student's interests and learning profile.
The world is currently experiencing a downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has significantly triggered a variety of problems in our society today. These problems have the potential to create conflict and lead to conflicts of interest among people of different groups. Various vulnerabilities arise with issues of virus spread, information dissemination, and the sensitivity of people who are experiencing changes in the new life order in terms of lifestyle, communication, social interactions, civic commitment, and responsiveness to the environment. Changes in the value order of social humanists will shift to a more structural and individualist opposition. The situation is getting complicated and the problem of conflict is getting widespread, it must be suppressed so that it will subside. The participation of the entire community is important. One of its strengths is the presence of community leaders who contribute as motivators and problem solvers in society. This research uses a qualitative design that focuses on revitalizing the role of community leaders in preventing conflict. The results show that strengthening the role of community leaders is very urgent in preventing conflict during the COVID-19 pandemic through a social resilience approach, as a mediator of ”Jogo Tonggo,” as well as a facilitator in conflict resolution.
