Covid-19 pandemic crisis has required the implementation of comprehensive online learning in Indonesia, including in the higher education institutions. Changes in the conventional way of face-to-face learning to online one provide both positive and negative responses, which will affect student learning satisfaction. This research aims to determine student satisfaction with the online learning which is associated with perceived technological complexity, student learning experience, online learning readiness, and presence of lecturers in online learning activities. This research employed a quantitative approach. Data were collected utlizing a google online questionnaire distributed through a network of lecturers. The samples were 439 students from state and private higher education institutions spreading across eight islands in Indonesia. Statistical analysis utilized the Structural Equation Model (SEM) in Stata 15. The results show that online learning satisfaction is positively influenced by student experience, online learning readiness, and the presence of lecturers in online learning. Moreover, online learning readiness can mediate student experience and online learning satisfaction but unable to mediate technology complexity and online learning satisfaction. These findings add to the literature on online learning satisfaction and provide direction for the solution of problems on online learning satisfaction. The proposed suggestion to higher education institutions is to encourage the development of online-based collaborative models and to provide a continuous experience for students.
Generasi Z merupakan generasi yang sangat paham pada teknologi dan memiliki kemampuan visual yang baik. Pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru-guru jika tanpa melibatkan teknologi dalam penyampaiannya kurang disukai oleh generasi ini. Di sisi lain, secara umum permasalahan yang dirasakan oleh guru-guru SMA Tanada Surabaya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk membuat materi pelajaran yang menarik. Permasalahan ini kemudian diselesaikan dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan materi ajar yang menarik dengan menggunakan aplikasi animasi video online Powtoon. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan kegiatan, pertama tahap persiapan dengan studi literatur dan pembuatan modul, kedua tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam dua sesi, dan tahap akhir yaitu tahap evaluasi. Dari pelatihan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru dalam membuat materi ajar berbasis video animasi. Selain itu, dengan adanya rancangan kegiatan maka pelatihan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan modul pelatihan yang diberikan dapat dipahami oleh seluruh peserta dengan baik.
AbstrakKesehatan merupakan komponen penting dimana penurunan derajat kesehatan akan dapat menimbulkan berbagai kerugian ekonomi. Kabupaten Blitar telah berupaya meningkatkan penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di 248 desa/kelurahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengelompokan desa/ kelurahan berdasar capaian keberhasilan penerapan PHBS di kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menyampaikan hasil deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis diskriminan. Banyaknya sampel adalah 153 desa/kelurahan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara simple dan stratified random sampling, dimana desa/kelurahan dikelompokkan berdasar kategori Indeks Risiko Sanitasi (IRS) desa/kelurahan yang diperoleh dari hasil studi Environmental Health Risk Assessment (EHRA) di kabupaten Blitar. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum penerapan PHBS di wilayah Blitar telah cukup baik. Selain itu, kedua fungsi diskriminan yang dibentuk dapat digunakan untuk mengelompokkan capaian penerapan PHBS di desa/kelurahan kabupaten Blitar.Kata Kunci: Kinerja PHBS; Analisis Diskriminan; kabupaten BlitarAbstractHealth is a very significant component which is decreased state will cause many economic degradations. This study aims to determine the grouping of villages based on the successful implementation of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in the Blitar Regency. The research was conducted quantitatively by presenting quantitative descriptive results and discriminant analysis. The number of samples is 153 Villages. Sampling was done by simple and stratified random sampling, in which villages were grouped based on the Sanitation Risk Index (IRS) category of villages obtained from the results of the Environmental Health Risk Assessment (EHRA) study in Blitar Regency. The test findings demonstrate that Clean and Healthy Life Behavior has been successfully implemented in the Blitar area.
