Generasi Z merupakan generasi yang sangat paham pada teknologi dan memiliki kemampuan visual yang baik. Pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru-guru jika tanpa melibatkan teknologi dalam penyampaiannya kurang disukai oleh generasi ini. Di sisi lain, secara umum permasalahan yang dirasakan oleh guru-guru SMA Tanada Surabaya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk membuat materi pelajaran yang menarik. Permasalahan ini kemudian diselesaikan dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan materi ajar yang menarik dengan menggunakan aplikasi animasi video online Powtoon. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan kegiatan, pertama tahap persiapan dengan studi literatur dan pembuatan modul, kedua tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam dua sesi, dan tahap akhir yaitu tahap evaluasi. Dari pelatihan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru dalam membuat materi ajar berbasis video animasi. Selain itu, dengan adanya rancangan kegiatan maka pelatihan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan modul pelatihan yang diberikan dapat dipahami oleh seluruh peserta dengan baik.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of e-learning media based on learning style in the form of e-posters, podcasts, and interactive videos on students' cognitive learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research. This study used a sample of 32 grade X PMIA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Banjarmasin students. This research uses Google Classroom as a platform for learning activities. Learning media in the form of e-posters, podcasts, interactive videos, and student learning outcomes can be downloaded and uploaded on Google Classroom. The research instrument used is a learning style questionnaire containing 30 statements. Data analysis in this study used a normality test, and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The cognitive learning outcomes of students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles were 90.66%, 93.33%, and 87.33%, respectively, with N-gain values of 0.75, 0.80, and 0.71. Based on data analysis, the results of this study show that e-learning media based on learning style is efficacious in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. This learning style-based e-learning media can be applied to other chemical materials or subjects. The study employed-N-gain values to analyst the learning outcomes of the students. The - N gain values for students with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles were 0.75, 0,80 and 0.71 respectively. Overall, the data suggests that the learning outcomes of the students were quite positive and that the use of various learning media and Google Classroom as a platform can be effective in enhancing students learning outcomes.

Knowledge and information are crucial to any society's progress; hence the level of education and awareness of its citizens directly affects that progress. In this economy, various factors come into play, such as the availability of educated and skilled workers, the development of novel and efficient systems, and the state of the information infrastructure. The recent epidemic, which prompted widespread lockdowns and restrictions, will continue to be felt for decades. The repercussions of such events have been most noticeable among educators and their students. Thus online education is need of the hour to make sure quality education reaches to each corner of the world on timely basis. So the assessment of digital learning platform in higher education institutions of India is the primary topic of this research. This study examines the various facets of student satisfaction as well as the future of online learning. 460 responses were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire in a randomly selected online survey. The R programming language was used to do a partial least squares structural equation modeling analysis on the data in R studio. Based on the findings of the study, it is clear that both students and teachers will be able to adapt throughout the course of time, and it is possible that the teaching-learning process will evolve into a hybrid form of education.
