This paper will be discussed about how the system information helped so much in hotel industry this day. There are a lot of hotel that still use a conventional methods for their reservation system especially, which can be spent a lot of time for customer to make a reservation room. And we can't avoid that the system information helped a lot for increasing service quality of the hotel itself and can be used for customer support too. So, with that problem, we plan to make a reservation system for hotel using the XP (Extreme Programming) method because for project construct need fast adaptation or rapid adaption to changes that happen while the development of the system itself. This Extreme Programming method priority on systems development and software construct with CRC (Classroom Responsibility Collaborator) and we think that use of Extreme Programming method will be very helpful for developing hotel reservation system.
Grouping of scholarship recipients Scholarship assistance will be made based on the accumulated value using clustering where the scholarship recipients will be given scholarships with different amounts and sizes, because scholarships from foundations are limited and have levels of distribution. The division of groups to students who receive scholarships from foundations uses the clustering method of data mining where the function of clustering is a cluster or the task of grouping something is using the clustering algorithm approach, namely the K-means algorithm. The results of this clustering show that students based on their groups are divided into four groups based on the number of criteria, the results of the grouping show the number and decision of the foundation on granting foundation scholarships to students.
This study aims to formulate a model for adopting the LAPOR! application technology. based on the user’s perspective. The method used is a comprehensive literature review of the previous two best practice models, TRI and UTAUT. The results showed that there were 13 hypotheses and 10 constructs from the proposed combination model. The entire construct is optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention and use behavior. In the TRUTAUT combination model, the personality traits aspects of TRI became antacedents of the cognitive aspects of the UTAUT model. The implication of this research is that government institutions can better understand what factors influence the use of technology, especially the LAPOR! application in Indonesia.
The use of internet technology in the government environment is known as electronic government or e-government. In simple terms, e-government or digital government is an activity carried out by the government by using information technology support in providing services to the community. In line with the spirit of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia, e-government has a role in improving the quality of public services and helping the process of delivering information more effectively to the public. Over time, the application of e-Government has turned out to have mixed results. In developed countries, the application of e-Government systems in the scope of government has produced various benefits ranging from the efficiency of administrative processes and various innovations in the field of public services. But on the contrary in the case of developing countries including Indonesia, the results are more alarming where many government institutions face obstacles and even fail to achieve significant improvements in the quality of public services despite having adequate information and communication technology. The paradigm of bureaucrats who wrongly considers that the success of e-Government is mainly determined by technology. Even though there are many factors outside of technology that are more dominant as causes of failure such as organizational management, ethics and work culture. This study aims to develop a model of success in the application of e-Government from several best practice models in the field of information technology that have been widely used so far using literature studies as research methods. The results of the study show that the conceptual model of the success of the implementation of e-Government developed consists of 17 determinants of success..Keywords: Model, Factor, Success, System, e-Government
The Head of the Study Program is fully responsible for the process of academic sustainability activities in the study program he leads. In addition to being responsible for managerial functions, the Head of the Study Program is also responsible for whether or not the study program he leads is active or not. In addition, the Head of the Study Program must also be able to protect his subordinate members who are structurally in the study program. Therefore, the Head of the Study Program must be required to have high integrity and competence. So in this case, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the highest leadership at the university. The performance assessment is carried out to assess whether the Head of the Study Program is still eligible to serve again for that position or not. So in this case the assessment must be carried out as well as possible and also as objectively as possible so that the results of the assessment carried out do not harm one party and can also be held accountable. Decision Support System is a system that is part of an information system that is able to process data and is used for organizations in helping managerial parties to solve semi-structured problems. The Multi-Objective Optimization method on the basis of ratio Analysis (MOORA) is a multi-objective method of optimizing two or more conflicting attributes simultaneously. The results obtained in research using Decision Support Systems get objective, optimal and also good results. The highest Head of Study Programs in a row are alternatives A2, A6, A5 and A4. As for the Head of the Study Program, the lowest ratings from the bottom are A1 and A3 respectively.
