<p class="0abstract"><strong>Abstract—</strong>The introduction of mobile devices to the worldwide market has marvelous possible to disturb the way Health care is providing. In this paper, we will overview the work done in the five years from 2014 to 2018 in the field of mHealth in Research perspective. For that purpose, we choose the Scopus database to review the past research published on mHealth in Malaysia. For that purpose, the quantitative review has been observed in bibliometric analysis and a Qualitative review is done through systematic review in the order through PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis). After the selection of 58 papers, the process based on the different steps. In the first step, the corresponding to Microsoft excels in a descriptive analysis of the published literature on mobile Healthcare in the field of online Healthcare like the distribution of the year, distribution of subjects and distribution of the author. Quantitative studies are 15 in number collected from the past literature, the researcher used the quantitative method for measuring the results Quantitative research collects data that will be processed to understand the indicators, overall trends, and requirements of the market. The qualitative studies collected from past research were 27 in numbers, collected studies were processed on the excel sheet to find out the areas discussed in the past. Traditional Health Care of Malaysia is top of the list in the world, but the mHealth still needs to improve in the region. Past studies in the mHealth are discussing physical health and wearable devices in detail with connectivity to smartphones but serious diseases are cover in very some studies. Like diabetes and HIV apps and patient are not highlighted in the collected data. Patient record management and coordination with families are also part of some research studies and that is very important for recovery in some cases.</p>
Purpose: This study aims to explore the relationships between workplace spirituality, intention to leave and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) among nurses and whether OCB mediates the relationship between workplace spirituality and intention to leave. Design/methodology: Due to the shifting paradigm of health policies, administrations in Malaysian hospitals are faced with trials of cost reduction. The high rate of nurses leaving the hospital poses a burden to the human resource department. This study aims to discover how to cope with this problem by utilizing workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behaviour. In the present correlational study, data were collected using questionnaires. A total of 345 nurses from three public and general hospitals located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, were chosen as samples using a random sampling method to respond to questionnaires. The measurement and structural model were assessed using SmartPls 2.0. Findings:Workplace spirituality has significant negative influence on nurses' intention to leave and positive influence on OCB. Amongst nurses, workplace spirituality contributed to 34% of the variation in intention to leave, whereas 36% of the variation was in accordance to OCBI -615-Intangible Capital -https://doi.org/10.3926/ic.906 and 45% of the variation was in accordance to OCBO. Furthermore, OCB arbitrated the effect of workplace spirituality on the intention to leave. Social implications:This study has shown the probable advantages of better understanding the positive impact of workplace spirituality on nurses' tendency to leave and OCB. This is important for the managers of nurses in the effort to improve nurses' performance and, by extension, the healthcare system. Originality/value: Workplace spirituality contributes to nurses' intention to leave and OCB.This study highlights the benefits of the novel idea of workplace spirituality, especially amongst nurses needing motivation in their duties.
Previous studies have consistently shown that Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is an important skill in today's organizations. The literature on leadership suggests that CQ has the potential to increase both employee commitment and organizational outcomes. This study is a survey related to leadership style at organizations. The research attempts to investigate how leaders affect staff's Organizational Commitment (OC). We found that there is a significant relationship between leaders' CQ who operates with meta-cognitive, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral with OC. Moreover, the quality of leadership within an organization had an effect on the OC.
Distress and mental health issues among students during the Covid19 pandemic are emerging in reviews. Surprisingly, while some studies argued that online learning was one of the causes that harm student mental health, like stress, anxiety, or depression, others indicated that a digital platform is one effective invention to design and develop an online program for improving learners' mental health care. This study aims to the discussion of two sides the application of online learning involved in learner mental health issues, explaining the causes of reasons and giving a recommendation for stakeholders in further discussion and implication. The literature was accessed from Scopus and web of science databases covering research published between 2019 and 2022, and 20 items were analyzed to reach the objectives. The bibliometric analysis identifies the cluster themes based on texting frequency. The vital steps of data classification follow thoughtfully and carefully in the platform of concept, findings, author's reputation, and years published. In the last conclusions of the study, reports explain the past literature and recent outbreak. The results cover two main themes: The effects of online learning on students’ mental health issues and online learning solutions to assist mental health care learners. These findings are expected to benefit stakeholders involved in online learning and mental health care for learners and the community.
