In this paper, we consider how learning networks build capacity for system transformation. We define learning networks as inter‐organizational voluntary collaboratives that nurture professional expertise and describe their potential to catalyse systemic change by disrupting old habits, fostering new relationships, and providing freedom to experiment. We conducted a parallel study of four learning networks, which vary in age since founding from 2 to 25 years, applying three exploratory questions across our cases. We conclude by considering how learning networks can foster transformative capacity within social‐ecological systems when they are designed and facilitated with a soft touch so that network members in different sites have the freedom to define their place and purpose within their system, as well as their role in bringing about a desired transformation. We suggest that system transformation is not just the sum of similar efforts at different sites and scales or a least common denominator between them but is emergent from interaction between the partially shared understandings of actors within and between sites, and across network scales. A well‐designed network is a learning system that encompasses these multiple perspectives, and good netweaving mediates different ways of system knowing without collapsing them into one perspective. Data analysis techniques using different test and gain test. The results showed: (1) there were differences in analysis skills between students who used the POE learning model and did not use the POE model seen from the results of the t-test with dk 47 and 5% significance level where tcount> ttable was 5.49> 2.012, (2) improvement of students' analytical skills using the POE model is greater than the students who do not use the POE model with a gain test of 0.60 (medium criteria)> 0.32 (medium criteria).
Global climate changes which cause increasing the dry season and impact of decreasing in water resources. Water has an important role in agriculture sector especialy to the process of plant growth and water use efficiency while rainfall harvesting will impact of water quality .Fertigation and using autopot is an alternative of water used efficiency and plant nutrition. Fertigation also will affect the ability of melon (Cucumis melo L) to produce quality of melon especially water use efficiency, carbohydrate, protein, mineral, vitamin C and sweetness.. The methode of the research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that rainfall harvesting quality contained pH 5,6; electronic conductivity (EC) 0,22 mS/cm; TDS 3,075 mg/l; TSS 7,0 mg/l; and turbidity 5,29 NTU ;all thing appropriate to the melon needs except EC. Fertigation was significant effect to the yield of melon and avarage value of water used efficiency was 93,89% and total sweteness 10% brix; carbohydrate 2,65%; proten 1,94%; fat 0,3%; ash 0,89% and vitamine C 26,18%. In conclusion impact of water rainfall harvesting suitable and could applied for fertigation resources and using auto pot.
The study aims to find the approach used by students in solving physics problems with symbol and graph representations and also to find out the student's approach to solving qualitative and quantitative questions. This is related to student good problem solvers use multiple representations to solve the problem. They use the qualitative and quantitative approach in a physics problem. The type of research conducted to find out this is quantitative descriptive. In this study, data were obtained by tests and interviews. We give four problems in kinematic motions to undergraduate students. The problem consists of a graphic and symbol representation of qualitative and quantitative problems. The result shows that the quantitative problem of symbol and graphic representation, all of the students only solve the problem without qualitative analysis. That proves in these problems all of the students become a novice problem solver in this problem. Different from it, 84% of students not only solve the qualitative physics problem in symbol representation problems with the qualitative approach but also, we solve with quantitative analysis. On the other hand, they only explain the graph representations problem with descriptions

Tour guides are the critical services for the Travel Bureau. Especially for the services, they provide to tourists. So, a realtime system is needed to be able to interact between the two parties, especially regarding service records in the field and information processing for the Bureau. Based on ScienceDirect library, unfortunately, until there was no reporting system facilitate both parties and recorded in realtime. This study discusses software development solutions that receive various field notes by workers and can be directly viewed online for employers. This research is in the form of a reporting model, which is a solution for the Travel Bureau to have data and be stored electronically on the server. The system was built using a platform that is on a smartphone, so the tour guide reporting system becomes a solution for the Travel Bureau and the Tour Guide to document the trips carried out.
The cheating among students shows a low value of honesty. A learning process in high school loaded with living values, namely honesty. This study aims to produce instruments to measure honesty in the learning process that is valid and reliable. The research used for research and development methods with 8 steps, namely (1) determining instrument specifications, (2) compiling, (3) choosing a measurement scale, (4) scoring, (5) examining, (6) limited experiment, (7) analyzing, and (8) concluding. The first trial involved 1167 parents of high school students in x class. A second trial involved 1261 parents of high school students on xi and xii class. Respondents lived in Wonosobo Regency, Indonesia. The research instruments included a questionnaire, observation, and interview instruction sheets. Data were analysed by expert judgment and explanatory factor analysis. Research produces valid and reliable instruments to measure honesty. A questionnaire with 4 items have Alpha's Cronbach coefficient 0.840. The observation consisted of 3 items with very good criteria. The interview guide has fulfilled the content validity after being corrected based on expert advice. The implication of the study is the students' honesty can be measure early so as not to develop into dishonest behaviour and lead to criminal acts.
