This research aimed to investigate the effect of pedagogic competence and work environment on the performance of elementary school teachers at the Kuantan Singingi District. Methodology in This study uses a quantitative approachwith a path analysis model. The participants of this study were 103 elementary teachers in Kuantan Singingi District, Singingi Hilir District. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire on the google form application. The questionnaire used a five-point Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is obtained from the t-test and F-test. The results show that there were several conclusions, namely: 1) pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on elementary school teachers performance in Singingi Hilir District, the increasing of pedagogical competence of the teachers could improve their performance, 2) The working environment has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers in the District Elementary School Singingi Hilir, where a good work environment would improve teacher performance. 3) pedagogical competence and work environment affected the performance of public elementary school teachers Singingi Hilir District with a coefficient of determination or R-Square of 0.301 or 30.1%, meaning that pedagogical competence and work environment have an influenced on performance of 30.1%.
The study aims to obtain information concerning the effect of locus of control and intrinsic motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Public High School teacher in district Bekasi City. The research with the quantitative approach used a survey method and data analysis with Path Analysis techniques. The data collection process is done by using the questionnaire as an instrument. There are 192 samples from 370 population was selected as the unit analysis which is determined by proportional simple random sampling techniques. Research result : First, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.346 and a path coefficient of 0.268. This gives the meaning of an increase in the locus of control of state high school teachers in the city of Bekasi to be followed by an increase in its OCB. Second, there is a positive direct effect of intrinsic motivation on OCB with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 and a path coefficient of 0.218. This gives the meaning of increasing the intrinsic motivation of teachers of Public High Schools in Bekasi City to be followed by an increase in OCB. Third, there is a positive direct effect of locus of control on intrinsic motivation with a correlation coefficient of 0.359 and a path coefficient of 0.359. This gives the meaning of the increase in the locus of control of public high school teachers in Bekasi City, followed by an increase in intrinsic motivation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus of Control dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survey dan analisa data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa jalur (Path Analysis). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumen. Terdapat 192 sampel dari 370 populasi dipilih sebagai unit analisis yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional acak sederhana (propotional simpel random sampling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,346 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,268. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan locus of control guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Kedua, Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,314 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,218. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan motivasi intrinsik guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi akan dikuti oleh peningkatan OCB-nya. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif locus of control terhadap motivasi intrinsik dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,359 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,359. This study aims to determine whether nor not there is an increase in the memory of the Environmental Balance material through the application of Mind Mapping techniques to students of Class 4-C SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya, and to determine how much the increase in the memory of the Environmental Balance material through the application of Mind Mapping techniques to students. Class 4-C SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. This research was conducted to overcome the problem of low memory experienced by students of Class 4-C SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. Therefore, the author as a teacher in the class tries to apply the Mind Mapping technique which focuses on student learning activities in order to get educational values, knowledge in learning and maximum memory. The action research was carried out in two learning cycles and, based on the exposure to the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the memory of the Environmental Balance material through the application of Mind Mapping techniques in Class 4-C students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. Research was conducted in SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 Tangerang and SD Islam Al-Ikhlas Tangerang. This research aims to knowing and analyzing how quality management is applied for improving school’s achievement. This study is focusing on quality management with the sub-focus of planning and actuating. The approach that used for this study is qualitative approach with comparative case study method descriptively. Based on the result and research data analysis, found that quality planning for improving school’s achievement are done by a work-meeting forum, each component in the school determines school’s objective based on existing vision and mission of the school and then the targeted objective will be decided by analyzing school’s needs. The analysis of school’s needs then will be used for arranging school’s programs and work programs for improving the achievement and planning for the future. The decision making was done then followed by the policies, from the planning for improving school’s achievement activities then a planning of improving school’s achievement could be created. In the practice, development of achievement improvement programs was done especially in the scope of Adiwiyata. it held by developing the policies of environmental caring and culture, developing the curriculum of environmental basis, developing participative basis activities and improving the management and structure and infrastructure empowerment. From those aspects, they can create improvement of school’s achievement on environmental aspect. For SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 on improving and developing its academic achievement needs curriculum development on student’s self-empower and extracurricular. Meanwhile for SD Islam Al-Ikhlas on human resources development needs more human resources.
Online learning has been carried out by all levels of education, starting from elementary school to higher education, applied to traditional and inclusive schools. The purpose of the study was to obtain the results of online learning evaluations for inclusive students at State Junior High Schools 36 Jakarta. This study used a descriptive analytical-qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and group discussion forums. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The study results concluded that the implementation of online learning was carried out regularly by government standards in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The students also did not experience any problems and were diligent in participating in online learning activities because of parental assistance. The study results also have implications for understanding the concept of cooperation between the school and parents in carrying out online learning activities so that students can take online classes regularly.
This research was conducted to find that authentic leadership and work environment influence partially and simultaneously on the performance of teacher at Junior High School in Bekasi. This study using a descriptive quantitative approach regression models. The population in this study was 306 teachers, and the sample was taken using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that there were 75 teachers. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed via Google Form based on the Likert scale. At the same time, hypothesis testing is obtained based on the results of the t-test, F test and the coefficient of determination test. The results prove that there are several conclusions, namely: (1) authentic leadership has a positive effect on the performance of Junior High School teachers; (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Junior High School teachers; (3) Authentic leadership and work environment simultaneously influence the performance of Junior High School teachers with the results of the test value of the coefficient of determination of 0.673 or 67.3%, meaning that authentic leadership and work environment have an influence on performance by 67.3% and the rest 32.7% is influenced by variables not studied.
Distance learning is a solution to the conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the educational process remains organized and productive. The purpose of the study was to obtain the results of the evaluation of distance learning at SMP Negeri Jakarta. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, documentation, and interviews. The data collection process includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study show that the implementation of distance learning still faces technical and non-technical obstacles, such as the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, teaching materials, readiness of students and parents in providing internet networks, pedagogical and professional competencies of teachers that are relevant to knowledge and technological advances. However, overall, distance learning activities have had a significant impact on the achievement of educational goals.
