Employees who are engaged will give the best performance and do things related to the job optimally in order to achieve the goals of the institution. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Information Systems and Digital Transformation (DSITD) of IPB University. The research method used is quantitative research method, using descriptive statistik analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the state of employee engagement and employee performance in DSITD IPB is in good category. Partially, absorption elements have been found to effect the employee performance. However, together with vigor and dedication, absorption element have an effect of 67,5 percent on employee performance, meaning that of all variables that can affect employee performance, employee engagement only affects 67,5 percent.

<p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Masalah <em>school bullying,</em> atau tindakan kekerasan berulang yang bersifat penghinaan pada korban yang merasa tidak berdaya di sekolah, terlihat terjadi di berbagai belahan dunia dengan frekuensi yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul dan pelatihan anti bullying di sekolah, dengan melihat efektivitas pelatihan tersebut di lingkungan guru-guru TK di Jakarta. Untuk mengembangkan modul pelatihan, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan pada  6 orang informan. Untuk melihat efektivitas pelatihan anti bullying dilakukan penelitian yang menggunakan eksperimen semu, dengan rancangan satu kelompok dengan pre dan post test. Sampling dilakukan secara insidental, dengan subjek yang mengikuti pelatihan sejumlah 32 orang. Hasil uji t-test menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan peserta tentang penanganan kasus <em>bullying</em> antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan (t=2,723; α=0,05).  Dengan demikian, pelatihan yang meliputi karakteristik bullying, sistem pelaporan, deteksi dini dan sistem penangan di sekolah, masih perlu  dikembangkan. </strong></p><p> </p><p><em>Abstract</em> - <strong>The school bullying, or recurrent acts of violence contempt for the victims who feel helpless at school, was happening in increasing frequency on many parts of the world. This study aims to develop at school anti bullying modules and training, by looking at the effectiveness of the training on kindergarten teachers in Jakarta.  Need analysis were conducted involving six informants to develop training modules.  This research was using quasi- experimental method with one group pre and post test design to see the effectiveness of anti- bullying training. Incidental sampling was performed, with total of 32 subjects who following the training. This experiment t -test result showed significance differences on participants knowledge of how to handle bullying cases before and after training (t=2,723; α=0.05). Therefore, the training covers the characteristics of bullying, reporting systems, early detection and management in school system of school bullying, still needs to be continously develop.</strong></p>

<p><em>Abstrak</em><em> - </em><strong>Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religisitas dan penerimaan diri orang tua dari anak autis di SLB XYZ di Bekasi. Setiap orang tua menginginkan anaknya dapat lahir dan tumbuh secara sempurna, namun ketika kenyataan yang harus dihadapi tidak sesuai dengan harapan, seringkali orang tua menyalahkan Tuhan dan tidak mau menerima keadaan anaknya.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Penerimaan diri (<em>self acceptance</em>) adalah sikap yang pada dasarnya merasa puas dengan milik sendiri, kualitas dan bakat sendiri, dan pengakuan akan keterbatasan diri sendiri, sikap yang menunjukkan rasa puas terhadap dirinya, baik kekurangan maupun kelebihannya, sehingga dapat membentuk harapan yang realistic terhadap dirinya dan menghargai dirinya sendiri. Religiusitas adalah seberapa jauh pengetahuan, seberapa kokoh keyakinan, seberapa tekun pelaksanaan ibadah, seberapa dalam penghayatan agama yang dianut seseorang dan pengalaman individu dalam beribadah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, </strong><strong>pegumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala religiusitas dan penerimaan orang tua</strong><strong>. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 orangtua pada anak autis di SLB XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik <em>accidental sampling</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Religiusitas dan Penerimaan diri orangtua. Every parent wants his child to be born and grow perfectly, but when the reality to be faced does not match expectations, often parents blame God and do not want to accept the state of his son. Self-acceptance is an attitude that is basically satisfied with one's own self, quality and talent, and acknowledgment of one's own limitations, an attitude that expresses a sense of self-satisfaction, both its shortcomings and its advantages, so as to form a realistic expectation of itself and appreciate himself. Religiosity is how far the knowledge, how strong the belief, how diligent the implementation of worship, how deep appreciation of one's religion and the experience of individuals in worship. The research method used is quantitative research, data collection is done using the scale of religiosity and acceptance of parents. The sample in this study were 80 parents in children with autism in SLB XYZ. This research use accidental sampling technique. The results showed that there is influence between Religiosity and Self-Acceptance of parents. <p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) saat ini sudah semakin tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Begitu pentingnya PAUD, sehingga menjadi salah satu tujuan penting dalam pembangunan di Indonesia. Seperti tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 pasal 31 yang menyebutkan bahwa setiap warga negara berhak memperoleh pendidikan (Abdurrachman, 1994:2) termasuk juga anak-anak. Tidak hanya anak-anak yang berada dalam kondisi normal, bahkan juga anak yang memiliki keterbatasan atau biasa disebut Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK).</strong><strong> Sayangnya belum semua pendidik PAUD memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar untuk mengenali dan menangani ABK dengan benar. Untuk perlu pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut.</strong><strong></strong></p><p class="Default"><strong>Suran &amp; Rizzo (dalam Mangunsong, 2008:3) menyatakan bahwa anak yang tergolong luar biasa atau memiliki kebutuhan khusus adalah anak yang secara signifikan berbeda dalam beberapa dimensi yang penting dari fungsi kemanusiaannya.</strong><strong> Intervensi sosial didefinisikan sebagai tindakan yang bertujuan untuk membantu orang per orangan atau kelompok, atau keluarga, atau komunitas dalam konteks kehidupan sosial (Hardjomarsono, 2007: 1.4).</strong><strong> Model evaluasi Kirkpatrick adalah model evaluasi pelatihan yang menggunakan empat level dalam mengkategorikan hasil-hasil pelatihan. Social intervention is defined as an act aimed at helping an individual or group, or family, or community in the context of social life (Hardjomarsono, 2007: 1.4). Kirkpatrick's evaluation model is a training evaluation model that uses four levels in categorizing training outcomes. These four levels are the level of reaction, learning, behavior and results. (1959, in Kirkpatrick, 2006).</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong>The method used is quantitative, using the KirkPatrick training evaluation model, and pre-post treatment. Before the training, participants will be given pre-test and after the activity, the participants will do post test. Pengobatan Tuberculosis yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan terjadinya resistensi obat atau multidrug resistant. Dukungan keluarga dibutuhkan dalam pengobatan dan perawatan pasien Tuberkulosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pencegahan kejadian multidrug resistence pada pasien Tuberculosis. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain diskriptif korelatif melalui pendekatan cross sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Responden yang dilibatkan adalah seluruh pasien Tuberkulosis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sangkrah dan Pajang yang berhasil dalam pengobatan dan tidak mengalami multidrug resistance sebanyak 48 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan pencegahan kejadian multidrug resistence dengan nilai signifikansi p sebesar 0,026 dan  dukungan emosional merupakan bentuk dukungan paling tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 18,04.

Background: The level of knowledge of hypertensive people can influence obedience in running a low-salt diet. Low levels of public awareness about low-salt diets can be at risk of complications due to hypertension and death. Health education activities in this community aim to increase the understanding of patients with hypertension on the importance of low-salt diets to improve adherence to the exercise of the dietMethods: Educational methods used in the form of teaches and demonstrations in groups of people with hypertension in Drono village, Ngawen Sub-District, Klaten Regency.Results: Knowledge of the hypertension diet increased between before and after educational activities. Success demonstrated with increased knowledge scores before educational activities of 3.46 and after education score rose to 85.02.Conclusions: Devotion to the community in health education provides increased knowledge in the group of hypertension sufferers. This activity is expected to continue, programmatic, and developed with specialized training in cadres to improve the degree of public health.

It is proven by the work culture that the company have implemented in order to guarantee better quality work result, and increase the satisfaction of employees’ work.The objectives of this study are 1) identifying the work culture at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Branch Bandung Noodle Division; 2) identifying work commitments on PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Branch Bandung Noodle Division; and 3) analyzing the influence of work culture with respect to the commitment of employees in PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Branch Bandung Noodle Division. This research shows that Noodle Divsion of the company in Bandung applies excellent work culture and the employees commit.
