ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang timbul dari para Pengguna mengenai kualitas layanan transportasi online berbasis aplikasi Maxim dan mendapatkan beberapa komplain terkait dengan kinerja maupun harapan oleh pengguna Maxim, mulai dari komunikasi yang kurang tanggap dari pihak Maxim, maupun pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan dari pihak Maxim kepada pengguna. Untuk itu maka penelitian di lakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan dan mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan pengguna Transportasi online Maxim menggunakan metode PIECES framework dan uji chi square dalam menganalisis data. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pengguna dengan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 97 responden dan tambahan data pelengkap berupa tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin ,dan umur pengguna.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode PIECES dan seluruh variabelnya yang terdiri dari Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency dan Service semua berada pada kategori Puas, artinya Aplikasi Maxim berperan baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sehingga memberikan rasa puas dan respon positif ke pelanggan. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisa chi square diperoleh tidak adanya perbedaan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan transportasi online Maxim berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan ada perbedaan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan transportasi online Maxim pada variabel economycs 1, dan control 5, efficiency 1, service 1 dan service 2 berdasarkan Usia. Kata Kunci : Metode Pieces, Kualitas layanan, Kepuasan penggunaABSTRACTProblems that arise from users regarding the quality of online transportation services based on the Maxim application and getting several complaints related to the performance and expectations of Maxim users, ranging from less responsive communication from Maxim, to unsatisfactory service from Maxim to users. For this reason, research was carried out with the aim of analyzing service quality and knowing whether there were differences in user satisfaction. Maxim online transportation used the PIECES framework method and the chi square test in analyzing data. This research method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to users with a random sampling technique with a sample size of 97 respondents and additional supplementary data in the form of education level, gender, and age of the user.The results of research using the PIECES method and all of its variables consisting of Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service are all in the Satisfied category, meaning that Maxim application plays a good role in improving service quality so as to provide a sense of satisfaction and positive response to customers. And based on the results of the chi square analysis, it is found that there is no difference in user satisfaction with the quality of Maxim online transportation services based on gender and there are differences in user satisfaction with the quality of Maxim online transportation services on the variables economycs 1, and control 5, efficiency 1, service 1 and service 2 based on Age. Abstract. This study aims to assess the vulnerability of road pavement damage using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method, including the direction of handling pavement road damage. Assessment of the level of road surface damage is based on the type of damage, the degree of damage, and amount of damage. Field observations and surveys were conducted on several Collector roads in Kendari. The mean PCI score as an indicator of damage to the Mokodompit road segment shows moderate damage conditions with a mean the value PCIaverage = 53 and surface damage area = 34.419% and the countermeasures according to the Bina Marga Standard recommend patching and adding pavement layers. Assessment of vulnerabilities Manunggal road damage indicates moderate damage to the value PCIaverage = 49 With the extent of surface damage = 34,419% and the response according to Standard by filling a crack with a mixture of liquid asphalt and sand.
The Technology of precast concrete growing rapidly. The concrere research has been aimed to create an innovation simplify and to reduce weaknesses of concrete include precast concrete. This study aims to research the connection of precast beams with combination notches type. This study used precast beams which dimensions were 20x30x270 cm, f'(c) was 25MPa. The precast beams which connection by diagonal types, the length of connection was 15 cm and 20 cm. The samples used 3(three) beams ie. 2 (two) of beams precast as BM-15 and BM-20 which are connected by diagonal types with grouting 0MPa and 1 (one) of monolith beam as BN. The results of researches that the strongest beam precast was BM-20 on 44,05 kN or 30,41 % than monolith beam (BN).
ABSTRAK Pemerintah selalu mendorong sektor pariwisata dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di sekitar kawasan ini, sehingga sangat diperlukan sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang memadai demikian pula Jalan wisata Kendari-Toronipa merupakan jalan provinsi yang menghubungkan Kota Kendari dan Kabupaten Konawe. Sebagai wilayah yang sektor pertumbuhan ekonominya dipicu oleh kegiatan eksploitasi tambang maka pada ruas jalan tersebut terjadi pembebanan kendaraan berat berulang terus menerus. Jalan ini direncanakan menggunakan tipe perkerasan kaku dengan umur rencana mencapai 40 tahun.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tebal perkerasan kaku serta membuat perbandingan terkait lapis tebal perkerasan kaku pada jalan wisata Kendari– Toronipa, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode Manual Desain Perkerasan 2017 (MDP 2017) dengan data pendukung yang berhubungan dengan penentuan tebal perkerasan sebelum dilakukan tinjauan perancangan tebal perkerasan kaku di jalan wisata Kendari-Toronipa.Hasil Penelitian ini menghasilka nilai tebal perkerasan sebesar 28,5 cm dan 26,5 cm untuk kondisi eksisting pada jalan wisata Kendari-Toronipa yang berarti terjadi perbedaan ketebalan sebesar 2 cm. Kata Kunci : MDP 2017, Perkerasan Kaku, Tebal PerkerasanABSTRACT The government always encourages the tourism sector and improves the economy of the people around this area, so it is necessary to have adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure as well as the Kendari-Toronipa tourist road which is a provincial road that connects Kendari City and Konawe Regency. As an area whose economic growth sector is triggered by mining exploitation activities, this road segment is subject to repeated heavy vehicle loading. This road is planned to use a rigid pavement type with a design life of up to 40 years.This study aims to determine the thickness of rigid pavement and to make comparisons related to the thickness of the rigid pavement on the tourist road of Kendari - Toronipa, Southeast Sulawesi Province.This research method is the method of Pavement Design Manual 2017 (MDP 2017) with supporting data related to the determination of pavement thickness before a rigid pavement thickness design review is carried out on the Kendari-Toronipa tourist road.The results of this study resulted in pavement thickness values of 28.5 cm and 26.5 cm for the existing conditions on the Kendari-Toronipa tourist road, which means a thickness difference of 2 cm.
