The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction with employee organizational commitment as an intervening. The sample used in this study amounted to 50 employees of PT Andhika Lines. East Java. Indonesia. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. In this study, data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS software.The results showed that transformational leadership was not proven to have a significant effect on job satisfaction, but transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Transformational leaders are believed to be able to bring better change and can improve employee performance. Transformational leadership, is a stage that changes people in a team, leaders who use this style motivate their followers to give and work more than they can or want, even beyond their ability.

The purpose of this research is to determine the causal relationship between organisational citizenship behaviour, organisational commitment, and psychological empowerment at the employees of Hartono Electronics Company Malang. The sample taken from the population is 89 people. Model testing was carried out by using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Hypotheses testing used path analysis, r test, and t-test. The results proved that the relationship between organisational commitment, and psychological empowerment organisational citizenship behaviour towards employees had a positive significant effect. The Organisational Commitment is the intervening variable in the relationship between Psychological Empowerment on Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The adjusted R square is 53.5% means that OCB is explained by organisational variables namely Psychological Empowerment and Organisational Commitment, and the rest may support by other variables.

For this reason, the service team of STIE Malangkucecwara together with Lazis Sabilillah Malang carried out spiritual activities with the theme of the meaning of Muharram as well as providing entrepreneurial motivation for orphans and poor people in the Sabilillah mosque area of Malang. This activity is at the same time providing compensation as a give away for orphans and dhuahas. This activity is expected to make the month of Muharram more meaningful and meaningful by making them happy and encouraging them to rise.
