Organisational Commitment as Intervening Variable on the Effect of Psychological Empowerment on Organisational Citizenship Behaviour

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the causal relationship between organisational citizenship behaviour, organisational commitment, and psychological empowerment at the employees of Hartono Electronics Company Malang.
