Abstract: The interdisciplinarity used in the teaching of Administration can contribute to the formation of students capable of systematizing the knowledge obtained in the course for the solution of complex problems, common in the administration of organizations, reducing the distance between the disciplines. The way in which they are organized by the teachers allows to verify the occurrence of interdisciplinarity. In this sense, this article investigates the characteristics that point to the interdisciplinarity in the teaching of Administration in a university of the Midwest of Santa Catarina. 43 teaching plans of the teachers of the Administration course were analyzed. The methodology used was qualitative research with an exploratory character. The content analysis reveals that the interdisciplinarity is not explicit in the teaching plan of the professors of the Administration course, only occurring multidisciplinarity. Keywords: Interdisciplinarity.
