The main aim of this report is to identify and describe the idea of digital leadership. For the study, the effects of digital leaders' traits and experience on the digitalization process will be examined. Different multinational and global businesses have been examined to apply the concept of digital leadership to their businesses. In this paper, with the goal of an organizational literature review, we analyze the concept of digital leadership. The paper seeks to identify the digital leadership concept; to analyze these abilities and their impacts deeply in the new digital age. As a result of detailed literature research, digitalization and technological developments lead businesses to transform organizational structures, processes, business models, and strategies. Digital leadership is crucial for organizations to survive in the new digital era by adapting and transforming business strategies. To accomplish business objectives and successfully drive the digital business transformation, digital leaders use and enhance the company's digital assets. Digital leaders have different abilities and perspectives compared to traditional leaders. However, many organizations do not understand digital leaders' value, leading to poor performance and unrecoverable failures. This research paper demonstrates a strong link between digital leadership and corporate success and productivity, following the analysis and clarification of the digital leadership concept generated in the modern age and the review of variable business strategies and positioning of the leadership concept in different sectors.
Bank merupakan badan usaha yang dalam kegiatan bisnisnya menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya dalam bentuk kredit. Sedangkan untuk struktur perbankan di Indonesia, terdiri atas bank umum dan BPR. Perbedaan utama bank umum dan BPR adalah tidak dapat menerima simpanan berupa giro dan tidak dapat turut serta dalam lalu lintas pembayaran, tidak dapat melakukan kegiatan bisnis dalam valas dan jangkauan kegiatan operasional yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi Ekonomi Makro dan Perkembangan kinerja internal Bank Persero dan BPD periode 2007-2018 serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga, CAR, NPL, BI Rate, Inflasi dan Nilai tukar terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Persero dan BPD. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bank Umum Persero. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara simultan terdapat 3 variabel memiliki hubungan positif, namun tidak signifikan, yakni CAR, DPK, dan BI Rate. Sedangkan untuk variabel NPL dan Nilai Tukar memiliki hubungan negatif dan menunjukan hasil yang signifikan. Jika dilihat dari nilai koefisien dari setiap variabel, maka variabel NPL dan Nilai Tukar memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap kinerja profitabilitas.
A crisis is a state of tension that occurs at an unexpected time and significantly affects business continuity. The tourism sector is susceptible to being impacted by its multi-purpose structure—natural disasters, terrorist incidents, epidemics, political tensions, economic fluctuations, etc. By creating a problem, it can cause the accommodation business to lose tourists at any time. Developing new products, shifting to alternative tourism markets, and reducing costs may be options for businesses. However, because every crisis is different, managers must determine the most appropriate strategy for the problem. Effective crisis management is made possible by strategic control. With the application of smart strategic management, crises can be turned into opportunities. With the Covid-19 outbreak, many hotel businesses have had to reconsider their marketing strategies. In this research, a case study was conducted at the four-star Prime Park Hotel in Bandung. This study aims to determine how hotels are affected by the Pandemic and determine what kind of marketing strategies they employ in dealing with this crisis. It has been observed that Hotel Prime Park, whose customer base consists of foreign tourists arriving from the Far East on package tours before the Pandemic, was negatively affected by domestic and international travel restrictions that started with the Pandemic. Hotel management has mostly followed a market share strategy and cost reduction, and customer acquisition.
Tujuan riset dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini untuk menghasilkan suatu jawaban yang bersifat natural dan tepat agar dapat diimplementasikan: (1) Mengetahui kebijakan Kepala Sekola terhadap sumber daya manusia di SMK Muhammdiyah Parung. (2) Mengetahui kebijakan Kepala Sekolah tehadap Kompetensi Guru pada SMK Muhammadiyah Parung. (3) Mengetahui kebijakan Kepala Sekolah terhadap terhadap keadaan lingkungan pada SMK Muhammadiyah Parung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan Hasil wawancara mencerminkan bahwa kebijakan yang ada di SMK Muhammadiyah Parung yaitu cukup baik. Hal ini didasarkan dari jawaban-jawaban pimpiman sekolah, perlu kiranya pimpinan melakukan evaluasi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru demi tercapainya visi dan misi SMK Muhammadiyah Parung.
