Purpose: to determine the effect of water plyometric training on such components of motor skills as explosive power, agility and speed in young players. Develop practical recommendations for building a training process to improve the motor skills of athletes. Material and methods: when divided into groups of players was used a parallel randomized method with the creation of experimental and control equal groups of 20 players in each group (age 16.25 ± 1.0 years, height 168 ± 3.0 cm, body weight 61, 03 ± 4.0 kg). The duration of the experimental program was 2 months. The water plyometric training program (APT) was used in the experimental group, while the ground plyometric training program (LPT) was used in the control group. Results. In the experimental group was found to increase the jump in height by 21.05%, long jump - by 8.84%. The experimental group also found a significant increase in dexterity by 9.35% with a significance level less than 0.05, a value of t = 7.19. Dexterity as a physical ability combines many other physical abilities, such as speed, strength, power. In the experimental group was also found a significant increase in speed by 12.50% at a significance level less than 0.05. Conclusions. Plyometric training in the water increased the strength of the muscles of the legs of football players, while the majestic vertical jump increased by 21.05%, and the distance of the horizontal jump - by 8.84%. In addition, for 2 months, the training program contributed to the development of dexterity by 9.35% and an increase in speed by 12.50%. The use of ground plyometric training also improves physical abilities, but with fewer indicators of significant change than plyometric training in water.
Purpose: the researchers see that this project is significant for asthma patients to help them improve. Therefore, this study hypothesizes that lower torso muscle endurance may affect 6MWT in asthma patients. To test this hypothesis, we examined the effect of decreased thoracic muscular endurance on asthma patients' 6-minute walk test (6MWT). Material & Methods: this study included two groups (experimental and control), and they used a quantitative descriptive technique and achieved Pre – Post tests research design. The researcher began by administering a pre-test to the two groups. Researchers then carried out the therapy to experiment group, whereas the control group used the hospital protocol. Following the conclusion of the treatment, the researcher conducted a post-test for both groups. The program of the treatment's impact may be determined precisely by comparing the pre-and post-test findings. The trial lasted 24 meetings, with training occurring three times a week. On many occasions, twenty asthmatic patients from Imam Sadiq Hospital who had been hospitalized at a pulmonary rehabilitation center were assessed. Patients were included if they met the global effort for asthma recommendations for asthma diagnosis. The current study employed an experimental design. This study evaluated the maximal inspiratory pressure (PI, max), the pulmonary function test, the baseline dyspnea index (BDI), and the six-minute walk test (6MWT). Each exercise (leg extension and leg press) on gymnasium equipment was assigned a one-minute repetition. Additionally, the St. George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) was used to determine a person's quality of life. The researchers discovered that a training program had statistically significant favorable impacts on the 6MWT and body weight. Conclusion: this study's findings demonstrated the critical role of lower torso training in achieving submaximal exercise tolerance. Additionally, they may pave the way for new avenues for training programs aimed at increasing functional activity in asthma patients.
To identify the genetic diversity of futsal players in Al Hilla Sports Club for the season (2020-2021) after they were exposed to physical exertion by testing lactic mlss in the speed of recovery and elimination of lactic acid. The main experiment included two phases. The first is knowledge of the genetic diversity of the players. The first advanced level of this gene reached (5 players), the middle level (4 players), and the low level of the gene (3 players), and the second stage Of the experiment is to measure the searched variable (lactic acid) for all levels of the gene and to detect players who have a rapid elimination of lactic acid products. The experiment lasted for (2 months) and the most important conclusions were the high level of the MCT1 gene, the speed of elimination of lactic acid in the working muscles. There is a discrepancy between the hospitalization and the exercises. It appeared that the players who belong to this level have slow recovery Very compared to other levels, and this indicates that they are tired quickly. The players of this level have the advantage of quickly getting rid of lactic acid and recovering recovery compared to the low level, and they show less fatigue than the low level. The speed of elimination of lactic acid is less than the speed of its production, which facilitates the transfer of lactate from the working muscle to the blood and speed to get rid of it. Increasingly intense physical exertion affects the variation in the MCT1 gene level. The players at the high level of the MCT 1 gene showed an advantage in the speed of elimination of lactic acid production compared to the low and medium levels.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
