A audição é a capacidade de perceber os sons, as vibrações periódicas de ar. A ausência da audição, no entanto, não impede a formação do desenvolvimento cognitivo do sujeito surdo, que se dá através de interações sociais, ou por imitação dos sinais de um adulto. O objetivo deste artigo é realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica narrativa sobre as bases biológicas da surdez, mostrando as dificuldades dos surdos quanto ao acesso a saúde e a educação. Realizamos uma busca nas bases de dados científicas com as palavras chaves desta pesquisa com as palavras-chave: surdez, equidade, acessibilidade, língua brasileira de sinais e educação. Os dados analisados sugerem que a saúde precisa ser informatizada no processo de triagem auditiva neonatal, para que sejam distribuídas as ações e verbas futuras para a melhoria da qualidade de vida desta população. Estes dados só terão sentido se após a conclusão da triagem, sejam iniciados os processos de reabilitação auditiva e o desenvolvimento da língua de sinais. Todos os serviços de saúde e educação devem permitir o acesso à informação sobre a qualidade da saúde do paciente ou aluno surdo promovendo/possibilitando o desenvolvimento de atividades de vida diária em função da língua escolhida como meio de comunicação, seja, de sinais, orais ou português escrito.
O pensamento computacional engloba habilidades necessárias para se trabalhar a resolução de problemas e, no campo educacional, abrange discussões sobre como seria possível aprimorarmos práticas pedagógicas relacionadas à inclusão de pessoas com deficiência e altas habilidades ou superdotação. Esta é uma pesquisa com relatos de experiências do grupo de pesquisa “Tecnologias Computacionais no ensino e aprendizagem na ótica da Diversidade, Inclusão e Inovação”, reunidos no período da pandemia. Foi realizado o levantamento dos artigos existentes nas bases de dados Web of Science e Google Acadêmico para discussão de propostas relacionadas a novas formas de pensar em metodologias de ensino, envolvendo o pensamento computacional e a inclusão. Como resultado propomos novos rumos de análise que favoreçam práticas pedagógicas inclusivas, e apontamos para a reformulação dos pilares do pensamento computacional, a partir de necessidades específicas de ensino, sugerindo um passo a passo de trabalho para todos aqueles interessados em fomentar uma educação efetivamente mais inclusiva. Concluímos, então, que o pensamento computacional inclusivo é aplicável na educação formal ou informal e, é necessário para o desenvolvimento holístico dos sujeitos, diante das demandas do século XXI.
Resumo: As informações chegam maciçamente na sociedade por meio de textos que podem ser falados, escritos, imagéticos e musicais, dentre tantas outras possibilidades. No entanto, preocupa-nos o acesso que os indivíduos com impedimentos auditivos têm às informações em uma sociedade em que a língua majoritária é a língua portuguesa oral e os registros acontecem, prioritariamente, por meio dessa língua oral na modalidade escrita. Refletindo sobre o potencial da escola como ambiente possível de estímulo à aquisição de língua e inserção em práticas sociais, destacamos o letramento visual e o pensamento computacional como importantes ferramentas na escolarização de discentes com impedimento auditivo. Este artigo tem como objetivo considerar o processo de desenvolvimento linguístico e escolar de discentes com impedimentos auditivos, destacando a proposta bilíngue como fator importante desse processo, aliado ao uso de estratégias e materiais didáticos acessíveis. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa exploratória de cunho bibliográfico narrativo, a partir da qual buscamos estudos nas bases científicas e registros acadêmicos sobre o tema. Como resultado, identificamos que as pessoas com impedimento auditivo têm um potencial visual que deve ser estimulado na aprendizagem dos conteúdos. Quanto aos materiais bilíngues para o ensino da pessoa com impedimento auditivo, é imprescindível considerar o uso de imagens em contextos significativos. Por meio desta investigação concluímos que o tempo da imagem é o tempo da palavra, pois exige do professor bilíngue a maneira apropriada de criar diferentes materiais para os discentes, fomentando e apresentando conceitos de maneira que sejam internalizados e externalizados de forma eficaz e com autonomia. Este artigo descreve um modelo de aprendizagem que usa programação de jogos para telefones celulares como uma alternativa no processo de ensino-aprendizagem em disciplinas escolares. A aplicação do modelo tem em vista contribuir para a motivação, o engajamento e a aprendizagem dos estudantes por meio do desenvolvimento do pensamento computacional. Durante a pesquisa, foi desenvolvida uma arquitetura pedagógica deste modelo, nela se propõe que os estudantes realizem melhorias sucessivas em um jogo a partir de uma versão inicial. Aplicou-se a arquitetura por intermédio de experimentos com alunos do ensino médio, nos quais eles desenvolviam jogos digitais que envolviam conceitos de matemática. Este trabalho foi realizado de forma interdisciplinar, envolvendo docentes de Informática e Matemática. Para a programação, escolheu-se uma linguagem de programação visual baseada em blocos do ambiente MIT App Inventor 2, de modo a abstrair a complexidade das linguagens de programação tradicionais, como as linguagens C, C++, Pascal, Java e JavaScript. Para concretizar as melhorias, os estudantes foram incentivados a realizarem a programação em atendimento ao que foi especificado pelos docentes. Os resultados obtidos com a aplicação do modelo e a sua investigação indicam o seu uso como recurso didático contextualizado com o cotidiano dos estudantes do ensino médio.
