Влияние воды с модифицированным изотопным составом на показатели свободнорадикального окисления in vivo С помощью ядерного магнитного резонанса изучено влияние воды с модифицированным изотопным составом на содержание дейтерия в крови, проведена оценка состояния прооксидантно-антиоксидантной системы в крови и лиофилизированных тканях (печень, почки) под длительном ее в условиях моделированного окислительного стресса. Рассмотрены возможные механизмы реализации прямого и косвенного антиоксидантного эффекта этой воды и перспективы ее использования для нутриционной коррекции нарушений окислительного метаболизма в организме при особых физиологических состояниях и в клинической практике. Оценка эффективности антиоксидантных свойств липофильных продуктов растительного происхождения in vitro методом липосомальной модельной тест-системы В статье представлены результаты об изучении возможности эффективного использования липосомальных модельных тест-систем на основе фосфатидилхолиновых липосом для поиска и оценки антиоксидантных свойств у продуктов растительного происхождения, полученных как экспериментально, так и входящих в состав лекарственных препаратов. В экспериментальных группах, где использовались льняное масло, масла черного и грецкого ореха, фосфоглив, был обнаружен высокий антиоксидантный эффект, что позволяет сделать вывод о необходимости определения дальнейшей стратегии использования антиоксидантов в клинике.
