Media convergence, which occurs due to the development and spread of new communication technologies, enables new audience experiences. In this context, it is a current research area that the audience watches television programs from which devices and environments. From this point of view, this study aims to determine the new audience experiences by revealing the variables that affect the choice of the devices and environments in which dramas, one of the television programs types, are watched. Küreselleşme ve kitle iletişim araçları arasında birbirini etkileyen oldukça girift bir yapı vardır. Küreselleşme sürecinin yaşanmasının en önemli sac ayakları kitle iletişim araçları ve iletişim teknolojileri olurken, genel olarak kitle iletişim araçları da küreselleşme sürecinden sahiplik ve uluslararası yayın anlamında etkilenmiştir. Küreselleşme sürecinde televizyon yayınları, küresel hale gelmiş, özellikle dramalar tüm dünyada ihracatı yapılan küresel birer ürün haline dönüşmüştür. Son yıllarda Türk dramaları, nicelik ve nitelik olarak yaşadığı yükselişle sadece yurt içinde değil, yurt dışında da beğenilerek izlenilen yapımlar haline gelmiştir. Küreselleşmenin Türk dramalarını ve Türk drama sektörünü üretim pratikleri açısından ne şekilde etkilediğinin araştırılması çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada yöntem olarak yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu amaçla 17 sektör çalışanıyla dijital ortamda görüşmeler yapılmış, elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemine göre analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada Türk dramalarının kısmi olarak küreselleşmeden etkilense de yerel bir noktada durduğu, sektörde yerel düşünen yapımcılardan dolayı üretim pratikleri açısından yerel bir anlayışın devam ettiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
