To achieve the objectives of study, the programs of King Abdullah II Fund for development test of leadership skills had been developed, and the validity and reliability were checked. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences at the level )α≤0.05) in the students' grades (who were in the second, third and fourth year( on the test of Leadership Skills for those who joined King Abdulla II fund, compared with students who did not. The study also showed no statistically significant differences in students' grades related to gender.
The purpose of the study is to identify the degree of Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) learners’ and academic staff members’ evaluation of self e-learning- based courses in terms of their educational content, the technical design of electronic techniques and activities, availability and accessibility. The sample of the study consisted of (353) learners who were selected by a simple random methodology involving learners taking the self e-learning- based courses. Five members were selected from the academic staff as coordinators of these courses. The researchers developed a 39-item tool divided into four domains, and they examined their validity and reliability. The study found that the degree of evaluation of the self e-learning-based courses from the perspective of both learners and academic staff members at AAU was high according to the assessment of the technical design of electronic techniques, activities and the evaluation of their availability and accessibility. The research paper also showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to its variables (profession, gender, faculty, and course).
The study aimed to assess the view of faculty members at Al-Ahliyya Amman University towards academic scientific publishing houses in enriching Arabic content on the Internet and to reveal the most important obstacles and problems that hinder Arab academic publishing on the Internet. A questionnaire was built that included (28) items, prepared via Google Drive and distributed electronically via WhatsApp to a sample size of (217) faculty members. The results of the study showed that the average responses of faculty members in the field of academic scientific publishing houses in enriching Arabic content on the Internet came at a high degree, and also their average response to the field of obstacles to Arab academic publication to a high degree. It also showed no statistically significant differences between the mathematical averages of respondents in the academic scientific publishing houses in enriching Arabic content on the Internet due to the changing scientific and college rank. There are statistically significant differences between the mathematical averages of respondents in the field of obstacles to Arab academic publication due to the college variable for scientific colleges.
